BLEEP UBER EATS. They continually mess up and send a generic “order cannot be refunded” everytime even when it’s LEGIT and the order is missing items/restaurant messed up items completely. Will never ever use again. They suck

Only second time used, will be going back to 'Just Eat', after 10 minutes if order told driver at restaurant, 20 minutes later get call from driver saying outside at B44 address, mine is B23, useless.

USE DOORDASH! Uber eats is an organization of crooks. Their delivery driver dropped my food at the WRONG ADDRESS, then sent me a pic of him leaving it at the wrong address, then left no way for me to contact him during the delivery period, then I talked to 3 customer service reps who all refused to refund my money because the driver left the food in the “pinned location”, even though I never pinned my location on any map because I manually typed my address into the delivery address, and then they hung up in my face, twice. They refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. The fourth rep claimed a supervisor th the name of Cy was going to call me back within 24 hours but she/he did not. This situation is entirely their fault as I have had the same address typed in my Uber app for two years and they’ve never delivered my food to the wrong address. Furthermore, it was their gps that pinned my location in the wrong place, not me. They stole a hundred dollars from me and refuse to allow me to speak to a supervisor about refunding jay kinetic, and the reps can barely speak any English and are completely unprofessional.

Ordered food from farmers boys they had run out of the 3 piece fish dinner. Called UberEATS they said no refund did not say why. I asked them to call farmers boys. They said no.

I made it order they came out $64. Then I cancel because I noticed the address was incorrect. Re-Ordered the same order from the same exact restaurant. Was charged $20 extra and denied a refund for the first exact order that I only had to change the address on Call customer service let them know no food was lost. I just change the address and they said they could not help me and kept my money. I paid $150 for wings fries and a sandwich. Horrible customer service I’m a single father on Social Security and they just took half my check .

Said I wasn't eligible for refund after explaing how I never got my food, and the driver NEVER sent a picture as proof. I spent $80 and they said the best they can do is give me $25 credit.

The customer service is pathetic. I was promised to get a refund due to poor service (ordered food never got delivered). But I never got my refund either. On the contrary the support guys hanged up the case citing 48 hours had passed and brought in the policy card to justify the response. I hope this feedback brings in some insight and someone else need not to suffer similar fate.

Do Never use this service. The worst ever in this country.They give ur order for bike riders like 20 to 30 min ride. Forget getting your warm hot food, even u can’t get your food at all in time. Plus to that they don’t have customer service to listen to your problem. Very very poor.

WORST SERVICE EVER! They lie blatantly about coupons and promotions where things like delivery fees are supposed to be free. Their drivers don't care and aren't held accountable when they "get lost" on a grid street system and cancel your order, and the "customer service" are flippant and rude when you actually can reach them. Save yourself the headache and STAY AWAY!

Horrendous service. Ordered McDonald's for my 4 children for them to message me saying 'enjoy your food'... no food had been delivered or even attempted and they refused to offer a refund or redelivery saying there driver followed protocol! Absolutely absurd and now I have 4 upset children, a wasted £25 and no food. They are disgusting and I would never use again! I am still in shock how they advised 'there's nothing they can do'

Done asda shopping ordered 14 items only half arrived noway of contacting the driver, drove to asda myself there woz no bags leftover so I'm guessing the driver enjoying my food.

My friend ordered food from one of the restaurants using ubereats. We were tracking an order and suddenly it was showing delivered but the order didn’t reach us. There is no customer service on the mobile app. He used the help button but didn’t get much help. Called the driver. Driver was not picking up the call. It was beyond 9:30 PM. Most of the restaurants close at 9:30 PM so I started ordering food from Papa John’s using the ubereats app. I was in the final step and my friend got a call from the driver so I was holding the phone and didn’t click the final submit order button. My friend said that the driver went to the wrong place and mistakenly marked the order as delivered and he is delivering soon. Suddenly, I looked at my mobile, and the order was placed accidently. I tried to cancel the order but there was no cancel button. I found a help button at the top right corner of the app which I clicked multiple times, but it didn't work. I was panicked and started looking at the other options to connect customer service. Somehow I found another help button and was able to cancel the order. My order went in at 9:57 PM and was able to cancel the order at 9:59 PM. UberEats charged me for food. I contacted customer service and didn’t get much help. Customer service said, your order is ready, you can go and pick it from Papa John’s. First of all, there should be a cancellation button for canceling accidental orders and allow a minute or two to cancel the orders. There is no phone number or live chat available to reach out to customer service. I was expecting a better resolution. I also requested customer service to arrange a call with her supervisor. She told, I will get a call back from her supervisor. I didn’t receive any calls.

Items missing again from a takeaway KFC Maidenhead send pictures of what we got and ubereats unwilling to refund me the items missing wont be using this app any longer cheaper to drive and collect all day long

Horrible Customer Service. First Time Placing An Order With Uber Eats From Taco Bell On Plainfield Road. The Power Bowl Had No Tomatoes, Lettuce Or Bean. There Were Literally 3 Small Pieces Of Chicken. The Steak Quesadilla Meat Was Burnt To A Crisp And There Was No Extra Steak (That I Paid Extra For). There Was No Sauce On The Quesadilla And It Was Too Dry To Eat. The Nachos And Cheese Was Spilled In The Bag And Resulted In No Cheese Sauce For The Chips. I Called The Taco Bell On Plainfield To Have The Order Corrected And Was Hung Up On Twice. I Would Not Use This Service Again. Reached Out To UberEats Customer Service Twice And Have Heard Nothing.

Uber Eats stole my money and would not refund me 50.00.. The driver never made..Called me and asked me to meek her for my food. She the then stated she was calling uber to let them know that the trip to my house did not pay enough. Do not use this Service.

I ordered food and delivery person cancelled my order stating I am not reachable. He didn't ring our door bell either. Initially I received no sms or email about my order as well. Uber also rejected my refund request stating that delivery person has followed protocol. The trust uber have on its delivery person it didn't have on its customers. I never recommend this service to anyone...

Worst customer service ever! The app wouldn't let me log in with my email and password, I no longer had access to my old phone number. I could not get Customer Service to grant me access despite giving them all details they needed. Including screenshots of my new number from my phone. I tried to sensor other information from that screenshot and they demanded to see the full thing. Since when do these apps need so much insight of our personal info to do this? This took 3 days! Cancelled my account, will NOT be coming back. Skip the dishes and door dash is way better!
