Uber Eats is terrible- placed an order at 8:30 to be delivered by 9:10pm. Then notified it would not be delivered until 9:50. Wanted to cancel the order for being so late & told I would still be charged. This is the 3rd time uber eats has messed up. This is why I use DOORDASH! Never again!

Order took over two hours to arrive and food was cold. No option to refund. When you click ‘Help’, it just gives you some automated passive-aggressive explanation. No actual help or customer service. Then, when I thought about it, this wasn’t the first time I’ve had a poor experience with this app, far from it. Won’t be using it anymore.

Kfc arrived cold. Uber tried to blame kfc when it was clearly the delivery driver at fault. Gave a £4 off our next order voucher but we cannot not use it as I won't be touching the company again. Customer service is rubbish

Food never arrived, help desk unable to process refund. Driver clearly lying but help desk says they don’t care. Terrible, won’t use them again

They are a joke I ordered McDonald's one meal was 10.69 and the other meal was 10.29 I was charged 3 dollars and change for taxes and 5 dollars and change for delivery I will never use them again I don't have these problems with door dash

First time using the app and created a duplicate order in error. Cancelled as soon as I could find a cancellation option in the app. Was still billed for the duplicate order but was never given the option to still receive the order since I was paying and additional $39 for it anyway. Customer service sucked when I reached out. Wouldn't answer my question and they disconnected the chat. No wonder their ratings are so low.

I would always order Uber Eats when my car broke down, never had any issues until one driver decided to pick up multiple order causing mu delivery time pushed back and she canceled my order after picking up my food and told me to re order and they would automatically refund my money which they did not

My order was late Contacting Uber is a nightmare All their messages states resolved. Worst customer service. If your order is late don't waste your time to get credit.

I order 3 things from taco bell and I never got it for the 3rd time becuz they kept on changing the delivery person. I cancel my order and they still gave it to someone else. I will never order anything on this app ever again.

Order some items on uber eats from Go Puff. The delivery person said it was delivered, but it wasn’t. Notified Uber Eats about the matter and the only thing they stated was a refund 3-5 days. This isn’t the first time that I had an issue with Uber Eats.

So I just cancelled an order as I believed the restaurant was a "ghost restaurant" as people called it, I cancelled my order right away and was charged to full amount for the order. I spoke to someone and said I would like my money back in full if this is in fact a fake restaurant. I got "transfered" immediately and the response to was 6-12hrs. I don't think I will get my money back at all and I think this so illegal and sketchy off a business to do that.

Ordered from a restaurant on March 22, some items were missing. Uber support asks to send picture of missing items and not telling me how to take picture of missing items. They denied refund and not even responding to my inquiry even after several follow ups

I ordered a couple of days ago and I found hair inside my food. I send them pictures and they refused to refund me. This is unprofessional and inappropriate response as it raises concerns for the health of the customer and hygiene risks. I am going to report them everywhere I can if they don’t resolve my issue.

All I can say I worked uber eats. McDonald's stops breakfast at 1030 am and when working as a driver uber should know that. Nope they don't, so when you get to the restaurant to pick up the order and the restaurant said that they aren't serving breakfast anymore and THE DRIVER HAS TO CANCEL THE ORDER. Uber eats puts it against the driver. So that makes the look bad not uber

There was a delivery person parked outside of my door to deliver food to my neighbor. The driver parked in a fire zone which is marked by signs and red curbs but he parked there anyway . His music was blaring and I asked him to turn it down and he turned it up and flipped me off and drove away. I tried to complain through Uber Eats and they said that they could not help me unless I had my neighbor's phone number which I don't know my neighbor's phone number so I couldn't do anything. So I'm leaving in a review here their drivers are unprofessional.

I placed an order, the agent refused to follow the delivery instructions. He sent a picture saying item was delivered, however I did not receive it and the company refuse to give me a refund. Very poor customer service
