“Terrible customer service. They say they cant refund part of my order that didn't arrive. So if you don't get what you ordered . Don't expect your money back. Don't order from them!! Feel like I've been scammed.”

“I dont know whats going on lately. I have a meet at my door for a handoff., and it will be sitting at my door for an hour. Last night i ordered and it never came. They literally left it on the hood of my car. Also half the delivery drivers are not the drivers listed in the picture. What is going on???”

“WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Never refunded me my messed up order and no one actually cared to help. Literally deleted the app after 2 orders cause of the mistakes and unprofessionalism of the restaurants dealing with them, and the support they have. Just get doordash or even go get ur own food.”

“I order Bw3s I realized my brother wanted an order so I cancelled order not even 60 seconds later and they said we will not refund a dime so they kept my whole $35 that my order cost and they have no number for life customer service just a text box too a computer generated message don’t ever make that mistake cost me $35 they will never get a dime from me I will report them too bbb and tell everyone I know don’t ever spend money cause they won’t give you your money back”

“Just had KFC delivered in Barcelona. Ordered Pepsi max and Pepsi came, ordered chicken and came stone cold and threw it out. Worst delivery service and will never use again.”

“Pay for the mthly subscription and order regularly. 3 weeks ago despite me having a code set up a order was not received. I contacted support on the app. There is no live person. Was told they would be in contact. They wasn't. I called and was told they would escalate it. I've called and sent messages on the app daily for over 3 weeks. Nothing in response! Finally called my bank today and money was returned from them within 2 hours. Canceling my subscription. They lost a loyal customer that has spent hundreds with them. All over a $36 order!”

“DON'T USE UBEREATS. They are commiting theft and also selling/ giving your information to thrid parties, we have proof and evidence. Robocalls only after we order. And they don't refund items that done come with the orders. We've been on UBEREATS for over four years and it's happened to many times, now we are taking action. BOYCOTT UBEREATS.”

“My order was delivered or left somewhere,they don't even specify where they left it so that atleast you can go and pick it up.They just left a vague picture.Mind You on the address it is stated the room number at the lodge,so I don't understand what the problem was.If he didn't know the way he could have asked at reception..”

“UberEats will rob you of new user promotions because of a checkout "glitch" and when you try to reach out to support, you find that the only way to reach them is via twitter, which is just embarrassing. When you actually get a response from their slow support, they just give you a canned response about how they "reserve the right to blah blah blah." It's absolutely disgraceful they charge such high service fees. What service? You don't do anything.”

“Please be very careful with Uber eat driver. My daughter ordered 40 dollars worth of food. The food was never delivered and they refused to refund the money. I have a ring doorbell which showed no delivery but they still refused to refund the money. I always have issues with the service. I had stopped using uber eats because of my terrible experience with them but my children will not stop now they know that they are ripped off”

“Uber eats is a racket and a hack. They use idiot drivers who don’t know what they’re doing and then they steal your money. The driver after waiting two hours for my meal text me three minutes before delivery and said he didn’t know where my order was and that he didn’t have it. Uber eats did a generic message to let me know that I still had to pay for the order that their driver stole for me. This is a complete racket and I hope this company goes out of business, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. These people are disgusting and have no problem ripping you off and taking your money and then giving you a robot for customer service who sent you generic message over and over and over again.”
