Driver broke my gate. UberEATS (Asia tel reps) say they sent me an email with claims adjuster info BUT never received. Won't send it a second time , won't read it to me because "another dept sent it " and I wb contacted soon. It has been a week and apparently I will have to sue them in small claims court and share this miserable treatment on social media, Facebook, Nextdoor, Yelp, etc.

The driver do not follow my delivery instructions and Uber Eats refuse to refund me. HORIBLE, FRAUD COMPANY

Every single time I order from Uber Eats, I’m missing significant portions of my order. Then, Uber Eats decides to give me a very minimal refund, $2 on my last order when their delivery fees, other fees and tips were $12 - on top of my food charges. Will quit using because it happens every time.

Order Chinese food and i didn’t get my 2 egg rolls and then reached out to the restaurant and they told me to reach out to uber eats for the claim. Reach out to uber eat by their site and it wasn’t really helpful. They sent me an email and they offered a 5 dollar discount on the next order. I don’t want a discount and what i need is my money back since i never got my food. Not a good experience without uber eats.

I ordered food from wing stop and I paid 3.78 for extra sauce they didn't put it in the bag so I contacted Uber eats they give me a 2 dollar credit I don't want that because I will never use they service again because they customer service is trash you can't chat or talk to anyone..you spend $20 to $25 dollars and they treat you like a nobody

Ordered a delivery from Chichidishes express as they called order was not available and cancellation done but no refund only to say I called and cancelled.This os disheartening. Also Uber support not of any help.Money lost.Will never order from them again and definitely not Uber eats too.Reap people of their hard earned money .

My food was expected to be delivered with in 30 mins it took 1 hour after the delivery man not finding me to taking it back to the restaurant and then calling to get it delivered again Once it arrived I was stone cold and missing items I then called uber eats to ask for a refund after I wasn’t eating the food as it was hard and cold they then lied and said that the food was delivered at the correct time and wasn’t cold to which I then told them the opposite she refused to help me and stated that they couldn’t refund as the food was delivered correctly and hot I asked if I could talk to someone else to which she denied and said she could ok longer help me It was terrible customer service and wasted £20 for food I couldn’t eat I called McDonald’s and they said that it was under eats issue as it’s there fault they delivered it late and cold I don’t recommend they are rubbish and have terrible customer service I even got charged £6 for delivery fee which was dreadful as I have to walk to the car as they couldn’t read the address So I collected the order myself basically Rubbish

I did not received my order through uber cost me £29.50 JOLLIBBEE i ordered becoz i am so hungry my cooker not working for 2 days im on END OF LIFE i waited from 7 pm til 3am becoz the customer service said will be back shortly but nothing happened til the following day i was still waiting so hungry but they insisted that i received so i end up nothing to eat my stomach cancer got worst for not eating anything for 2 days . Uber eats driver’s name HAFEEZ is a LIER he said i received but i did not received any he is disgusting unprofessional he send me picture that he left my order on the unknown road building with a tyre of a car with his one foot shoes on the ground along with the food and a tyre of an unknown car WHY WOULD HE LEFT THERE THAT WAS NOT MY HOUSE MY HOUSE HAS RED DOOR number 50 i checked outside my house it wasnt there and he was saying i should search it around my neighbours house how can i search when i am disabled and bed bound on Palliative care and i dont know where he left , why would he left my order on the ground with his picture of one foot and just leave it there thats inhuman he did not even say which number of house he left. he made his colleagues & boss beleived online that i received the order through his picture leaving the food somewhere unknown to me. so becoz i was so hungry i went out with my wheelchair at the middle of the night searching around my neighbours and along the road but i did not see any JOLLIBBEE ON THE ROAD AND ON THE NEIGHBOURS i rang many times thier apps customer services but they said and insisted that i already received . ONLY GOD KNOWS I DID NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER because even thier manager beleived that i received . this UBER APPS IS MONEY MAKING THEY DONT CARE IF YOU RECEIVED THE ORDER OR NOT EVEN IF YOU SAY YOU HAVENT EATEN YET EVEN IF YOU BEG THEM BECOZ U ARE ON END OF LIFE DISABLED AND SUFFERING FROM CANCER THEY DONT CARE THEY INSISTED THAT I RECEIVED . I WILL ATTACHED HERE THE ORDER that thier driver HAFEEZ left ON THE GROUND with HIS ONE FOOT AND A TYRE OF A CAR saying that i received when infact see my house with red door outside NO ORDER OF JOLLIBBE OUTSIDE MY DOOR

Order was stolen, delivery guy drive past me as I text me like hey where you going, took a black out photo and blocked his phone even they didn’t get ahold of him. Too bad we had a tip waiting since we too after delivery for cases just like this. 3 of 5 delivery at work have been stolen and no response from drivers…. Yea won’t use them. The photo was sent as delivered was after they pass my house while I’m calling them and they don’t pick up, way they delivered across the street and blacked photo but it’s a 8 month old apartment with lights on a Main Street

UberEATS is terrible! They are too slow and add service fee for nothing. Every time I tried UberEATS the delivery delayed by one hour. In my last experience, the restaurant couldn’t find any person for delivery, I cancelled the order after waiting for one hour. Then, UberEATS charged me for nothing!!!

I was just speaking to an Uber eats customer service agent Tanushka She ended the chat without resolving the issue and canceled my order after stating she did not. The initial problem was that I have been waiting for almost an hour and a half for my food, which has been picked up by two different drivers and canceled. The customer service agent could not explain what happened and her suggestion at first was to cancel it a third time and have a third person pick it up and deliver it to me. I am still waiting on lunch and it is 340 as I am sick at home with no access to food. I would never suggest Uber eats to anyone. Their customer service is the absolute worst, this is not the first time Ive had a bad experience with their so called CUSTOMER SERVICE 🙄 but this but it is the first time I'm writing a review because I have had enough with them They are so unprofessional yet expensive. Where is the money going? definitely not going to pay professionals to help your clientele that or paying your high fees for your food. I own a restaurant as well and I'll be sure to cancel your services with our restaurant.

where do i start? they basically stole my $24 for a chic filet meal that O never received!! they refused to refund despite the numerous proofs i gave them.

They had a deal on groceries been 50 save 50% off so ordered big packs of meat. Well when it showed up, they were all around a pound and weight really a waste of my money and time waiting on it so I did not save anything and did not have groceries for the entire week

I had a horrible experience with UberEats on 31/08/2024. I ordered a streetwise five, I was monitoring the trip on my phone, when i noticed that it suddenly closed and ended, when i checked the driver had taken a photo and left with my food. he did not call when he was at the gate, did not send a message or offer to leave my package with the security at the gate. he did not even give me time to fetch my food. I contacted UberEats and reported the incident, they did not respond to date. they took my money and did not deliver my food. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this service, they will take your money and not deliver. ,when you complain you will get ignored. I never got my money back

Uber driver rolls up to my door with 3 of his male friends, I'm almost 8 months pregnant, none of them speak English and were rude.... safety is becoming a huge issue

Your delivery drivers need to speak English and know the address they deliver to. Delivered to wrong address. Did not get food and guy could not understand

This company stole my money I never got my food it took there driver 2 hrs to deliver nothing ... they then said they were going to not charge me and give me my money back and never did 😤 🤧 and now they don't want to give me anything back ...
