The worst app ever. No customer support. And if you have paid mistakenly, they'll not even help you out neither understand your situation. I've been trying to mail them, but they're not responding at all.

Uber Eats is 100% garbage. They are tip baiting, and stealing our tip money. Customers if y’all are not getting your orders it’s because Uber takes our money, the drivers take the food on the next delivery to be paid what Uber just took from them, so Uber eats gets paid, the drivers, customers get shafted. Terrible!!!!

Received mouldy groceries from Uber eats and they refused to refund me. The customer service is terrible and impersonal and they just copy and paste their messages. Deliveroo is so much better.

This app is waist of money, help desk does not help, plus help desk lies a lot, I canceled order within 5 seconds because of wrong address, plus I could not find any help to change my address, help desk said they can not do anything because merchant started preparations for order that i cancelled, after that help desk said you can pick up your order from restaurant, I contacted restaurant and they said they did not received any order from Uber, and help desk was saying they started preparing the order. Seriously.

Ordered from Uber Eats. You have no recourse if the restaurants sends you the incorrect foods. I then called the restaurant and they were very apologetic and the person that prepared it admitted it was their error on the order and sent us someone else’s order. They even took the next step as to do a three way call to Uber Eats stating the refund needed to come from Uber Eats. They gave them their Merchant number and told Uber Ears on a recorded line to issue us a refund. Well you guessed it, it never happened. Going to dispute this charge. Do yourself a favor order from DoorDash or Grub Hub or pick it up. We will never support or give Uber Eats our business. We cancelled our membership. They also charge an extra service fee, while the others if they do are much lower.

The biggest scam in history driver refused to follow directions dropped my order off somehwere random took me an hr 2 get a refunx waited 2 hours and they would not redilver back to doordash i go atleast they make up when they mess up. Uber eat will be boycotted

NEVER AGAIN with Uber eats first they charge a 3.62 delivery fee, I get it, but then decided they were worth a 4.00 tip on a 12.00 order. Must be nice to decide your own tip! A 20-25% tip is reserved for in person visit with a top of the line server. NOT an UBER DRIVER. You did nothing but pick up a bag! As I said, NEVER AGAIN will I use this service. My 12.00 order ended up costing me 20.60! And yes I will drive to pick up myself in future. Better yet I’ll save the money and cook at home!

Terrible app design with many flaws. The fact the reorder button will find the closest restaurant without notifying you of this change is beyond me. Then to follow that up there is upfront cancel button. You have to go through several menus as if you were playing Where’s Waldo, to find it. Their customer service is atrocious at best. And I believe they pride themselves in operating this way. I will NEVER use this app again. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from this app, and my hope is that they will continue to spread the word. In today’s society the consumer has the leverage and has options to choose from other business who provide the same service as UberEats.

I placed an order May 3rd and the was wrong. I notified UBER eats the same day. I received an email on May 3rd from UBER stating that they would refund the order. After waiting the 7-10 days that's listed on the email I still had no posted refund in my account. When I reached out to two UBER eats customer service representatives they refused to issue the refund I was told on May 3rd I would be receiving because the initial Uber customer service rep didn't do what they said they would do on May 3rd. I am now having to dispute the charge with my bank for the charge I have in writing that Uber would be refunding. Take your money to another service that actually values you as a customer and values you spending your hard earned money with their company.

I just started delivering for Uber Eats, for starters the app doesn't work very well! So I started delivering and orders were canceled, restaurants they sent me too were closed the GPS wasn't working properly! I wake up and my account is deactivated and they won't release my money to me! I had to file a appeal about things they did during my deliveries and they still would not release my funds to me! Does anyone have any idea how this can be handled??

Terrible service I made an order it went 30mins past the lasted estimate time they send me message that it was delayed I cancel because it's too cold by then they charge me 16.50 too cancel wanted me too pay for food I order an hour an a half ago they are Terrible I deleted the app I use then 4 too 5 times a week no more for me

On April 27 I placed 2 orders with Uber Eats. Although the app shows completed, no delivery was made. We contacted Uber Eats who referred us to the delivery driver. When contacted, was speaking with me, as soon as I mentioned the order his English relished. We contacted the merchant, who confirmed that no order was placed. After 7 calls to Uber Eats, as of today 05/13, only a partial refund have been received. Uber Eats is a celebrated SCAM.

Used a coupon then still got charged the original amount the next day. Customer service like robots repeating something not helpful at all. Would not use again

We did not get our food order tonight and then UberEats said it is not eligible for a refund. What??? They stole our money!!! What can we do? It's the driver's fault. He delivered it to the wrong address. He should pay it, not us. We're hungry and out over 50 dollars. :(

First when we got our food there was only 1 drink when we paid for 2. The bag and everything in it was COVERED in BBQ sauce. Then when I called to complain the women hung up on me. I called again and asked to speak to the manager. The man put me on hold for 5 minutes, then came back and said there wasn't a manager available and one would call me back at my phone number. Still haven't received a call back. This is far from the first time we have had a problem with an order.

I ordered Uber eats at 7:45 and it is currently 8:50 on a Sunday night. The delivery guy isn’t even near the restaurant. I've tried getting help many times before and every time they came up short. Don’t even get me started on the promos because they never work and if you try to get help it’s damn near impossible. Every single time I order through Uber eats it’s a disappointment. Door dash is leaps above this company. Uber if you’re reading this please get out of the food delivery service or restart from the ground up.
