My experience with Pamela Experts { pamelaexperts @g mail.com} has been great! They are knowledgeable and very straight forward and patient! I’m so thankful for their expertise and help in helping me get my money i invested with some investment illegal brokers i found on Facebook .

Review that was attempted 5 times to leave: “The store was great! The driver, however, left the most rude comment on my order as I was actually passed out and almost dead on the floor. So, that was cool. And then Marion, the chat customer service agent, whose response to my complaint was “leave something in the review so he can read it and learn!” and then blew me off all four times I asked for help and ended the chat without finishing the conversation. FYI, Marion, according to your company’s policy, the drivers don’t see the rating or comments for my safety (thanks!). Sadly, I don’t get to have my education session with MYASNIK. So, on principle, and because this whole situation is incredibly demeaning, I’m escalating this as high as I can. I’m posting this on every review site it can. And I’m asking my journalist husband how to write an op-Ed to make this public. Once I was I was found and helped up, I checked my phone to make sure my order went okay and say sorry for being absent. Only 2 times l have used Uber Eats it was more than an hour after it left the restaurant to arrive. Please hire english understanding driver's.

I tried a new restaurant. After a really bad day My rehab facility served us a white bread sandwich with bad deli meat & a slice of American cheese. I never eat deli meat, American cheese or white bread. To that they added a some iceberg lettuce on the side. I don't eat that either. So I decided to order from Uber Eats. It was a very bad Monday. What should have taken me 3 hrs took me over 6 due to the staff incompetence. My regular places were closed on Monday & I wasn't going to order from the other bad Chinese I got My last order from ( No1 Chinese). So I like the looks of " Pie in the Sky" pizza & it's close by here. I was delighted by the dozens of selections for toppings. I decided to treat Myself. I got feta cheese, spinach, Portobello mushrooms, 1/2 Italian sausage 1/2 meatballs( a bit tiny) on thin crust. The only thing I was disappointed in was thin crust was not crispy crust. In fact it was a bit soggy. But being diabetic I usually only eat a tiny bit of the crust, concertating on the toppings.All in all I would order from this place again. I would give it 5 stars but for the thin crust being a bit soggy not crisp. The spinach was a bit sparse also.

For the most part all orders were correct and on time, a few had issues with contents not being correct and Uber refunded charges. 1 order stated received and later cancelled. major bummer, but cost us only time.. and probably was the fault of the restaurant ):, not Uber.. Over all we are Pleased with money spent having them deliver our orders!

I grew to love delivering food in my location, but tonight was extremely bad. With it being the 4th of July, I decided to take a few hours out of my time to deliver food to soldiers and their families in the Forthood/Killeen area. But I stopped after I got these nasty messages from a soldier on Forthood. Please read them, I was taken aback by how rude he was to me. I had to drive across Killeen to get his order, after receiving his order on my screen, for only a minute and a half I got these texts. I couldn’t report him to Uber Eats because there is no way in doing so threw the app.

So easy to use. I’ve made three orders in the last two days due to circumstance, two orders and deliveries were spot on and excellent, the third a little disappointing as there was no knock on the door. But for speed and efficiency I would recommend.

Uber eats is one of my guilty pleasures for when I'm too lazy to go out to get food. It brings me my food within a reasonable amount of time and it's always delivered right to my doorstep. They only downside is when you order something small, there is a small order fee. And delivery charges can be expensive. It's definitely something for those who are looking to spend

I have used Uber eats 5 times now and every order has been great. I live in a co op so I have to give instructions where my building is. They have followed them to the t. I had to stop using door dash and grub hub because they kept bringing my orders to the wrong buildings and I had to get the order myself from the other buildings. I will continue to use Uber eats in the future. My only complaint is that some of the delivery people use bicycles. My food is a tiny bit cold when it arrives.

Uber eats prices are quite high and I don't like recieving emails that offer me promos that I don't qualify for but overall their service is good.

I enjoy now having uber eats but down fall on you website is asking for salt/sauces well i cant find were option os and if you message the drive ony many occasions they say okay got it But never bring any I can understand charges but salt pepper really ?

I ordered from a local chain. On the website it clearly stated “NO DELIVERY FEE” When I got my final receipt from UberEATS there was a 99 cent charge for delivery. Now I know it is a negligible amount. But, if they do this to everyone that is quite a sum that they are sneaking by. Just sayin. And, I still have not been able to ask where it said it prior to purchase.

I use Uber Eats often, for the most part everything is fine. Yesterday I ordered from Wendy’s. The Burger and fries were missing. They issue a refund. How about they issue credits in the name of good customer service. Where from. They could care a less.
