Purchased an item and received half of it today as parcel force stated the other half was damaged and had to be returned to the sender. Contacted Uberkids and told the other half has to be collected and once that is done then will try to re send if I call them and let them know it has been collected. Refusing to re send the part I am missing or arrange for parcel force to deliver a full set when they collect the other. Very very unhelpful and I am now in a position where I have to stay home between 1 and 6 tomorrow for a collection and have no swing / slide set. Would not recommend

Item was listed as in stock. No communication for a week, when I did enquire it took them almost a week to reply and to be told they think it might come into stock next week! Avoid!

When we purchased my daughters car seat they were extremely quick at sending it. However, 8 months on it developed a fault and we contacted them to see if they could help. 2 emails in 2 weeks and we haven't heard from them. Contacted the manufacturer and we were told to discontinue use immediately due to safety concerns and the potential risk of safety to our daughter. I wouldn't buy from this company if it's aftercare you want!

After waiting two weeks for a delivery that was supposed to be seven days one of the items were wrong in my order. I have now contacted Uber kids four times to ask for a replacement but no one has ever gotten back to me.

Really unpleasant customer service. Nowhere on the website is says you have to pay postage to return items. I needed to return something and all staff was terribly rude. There is nowhere mentioned that return fees are responsibility of the customer. Then one member of staff proudly got back to me saying it is somewhere in the terms and conditions if you have time read it. I heard no 'I apologise for this' nothing.. Honestly do not use this website if you don't have to!

Terrible company and customer service. I’d bought a raincover and a foot muff for a pram I had bought elsewhere. The rain cover wasn’t the right one and it’s taken them nearly a month to advise this and now they are refusing to let me return as it’s been out the packaging and was on the pram before I realised. The cover stops you accessing the brake which is on the handle (is a Baby Jogger City Mini GT) which is dangerous as it’s a three wheeler and rolls very easily. Apparently they don’t stock the one I do need, even though they sell the same pram and rain cover together and the accessories for it!! Appalled at their disregard for safety and their terrible customer service. DO NOT USE.

They have taken money from my account without my knowledge which I have never heard of it and start delivering voucher every day. when I searched the company name on website found company’s customer service telephone number then reported that and still hasn’t refunded my £135 which is shocking!!! I have got a strong feeling that this company is scamming. Iwolud like yo make aware everyone to be careful with this company call Uber kids.

- Misleading delivery time and stock levels. - misleading in regards to refunds - Terrible refund practice when using the finance option. Although I was assisted by a very helpful lady when my delivery was repeatedly sent to the wrong address, On whole Uberkids are a company I would avoid using again.

They have a great choice to have a look in shop. But don’t expect any help from the lady in shop! She just didn’t bother to help us at all or try to sell anything. We went there to buy a travel system but had to leave the shop. Her answer was to Google information about the pram. She didn’t show us how prams work. Just wanted us to leave so she can go back wherever she appeared from(she wasnt at shop floor ).

Absolutely disgraceful service. Took our money and failed to deliver item or our money. I'm very suspicious of any positive reviews of this company as there appears to be a pattern whereby they take money for items that they don't have in stock. Hopefully you will close down and stop fraudulently obtaining money.

Avoid at all costs - bought a baby blender which developed mould inside, in a part that couldn't be properly washed. Customer services initially offered to provide a credit note, but after we sent it back they then returned the item to us unexpectedly saying there was no problem, we could "wipe off the mould with a cloth" and contradicting what had originally be promised. Very disappointing, particularly given the safety issue of selling an item which is dangerous for babies. Rude and unhelpful customer services team, avoid at all costs - if you have a young child or baby, then buy from a more reputable retailer. I never normally complain but want to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else!

I bought the cosatto woosh stroller on a Sunday morning and I had it delivered to my door in the early hours on wensday. The price was the cheapest on the internet and very good customer. I highly recommend uber kids.

I ordered a car seat for 1/2/3 groups to France. 130 euro cheaper than anywhere else. I was ready for any inconveniences and even a failed delivery. But the seat arrived safe and sound within 3 working days (UPS standard delivery) right to my doorstep. I highly recommend!

Originally ordered a car seat from another company but after waiting 3/4weeks, then being told that it would be another 2 weeks and again yesterday being told it would be another 2week, I cancelled the order. I then rang Uberkids to check stock. Great joy...they had plenty. Ordered it and it has just turned up...next day delivery, not even asked for that. Excellent service from Uberkids and their carrier. Should have gone to them first of all. Joie stages 0+/1/2 car seat is brilliant. Already have one for our granddaughter who is 3yrs old. Bought this one for new grandson. Perfect.

Went in to spend £750+ on a new pushchair but was told I couldn’t have it as they were closing in 20 minuets, and the box was “all the way upstairs” They do not respect you time or money so go spend it somewhere else. Avoid!

Please do not use Uber Kids. They may look cheap, but it's not worth it, they show stock which is unavailable and their customer support is extremely bad. We recently tried to purchase a high chair from Uber Kids, it was the only site showing stock of the colour we wanted. I placed the order and received confirmation. Once I had confirmation of the order, I then went on to purchase some peripherals for the high chair from other websites. Uber Kids emailed me a few days later (and after some of the other items for the high chair had arrived) to say that they didn't have stock of the item. They then went on to offer a gesture of good will and give me money off a different high chair, but then quoted a higher price than is listed on their website.
