“Have been trying to get a stroller for almost a month now. Have never answered a single email, never mind their promise of a reply within a certain nuber of days. Every time I call, I am on hold forever, and then the call disconnects when or before I can reach someone. No one will confirm that I was charged for the right stroller, and I was charged for shipping that would take 1-3 days and, 10 days after dispatch, no stroller in sight.”

“They have a great choice to have a look in shop. But don’t expect any help from the lady in shop! She just didn’t bother to help us at all or try to sell anything. We went there to buy a travel system but had to leave the shop. Her answer was to Google information about the pram. She didn’t show us how prams work. Just wanted us to leave so she can go back wherever she appeared from(she wasnt at shop floor ).”
