Fraud I believe has been committed and yet the company doesn’t seem to want to correct this or validate its integrity. Beware. This company gives poor product in my view and poor service.

I received an order Saturday where the bottle is faulty and the aftershave cannot be used. Worryingly the aftershave is not legitimate in my view. I have contacted the website on 3 occasions and emailed them x5 times and called where the number does not take calls... This feels fraudulent and I am seeking advice as they do not want to respond.

I have not get my order yet and i ordered from you 2 weaks ago. I have send email 2 times but no answere. So this will be the first and the last time i buy something from this company.

Ordered four small pagan perfume bottles for my mother,only to find that one was less than half empty. Very disappointing.

Placed an order..money taken and then out of the blue notified of a refund. Presumably goods not available but no notice given. Very poor. Will not use again

I was sent the wrong product, no returns slip in package and have been ignored by customer services ever since.

As of today June 8 the product has not arrived ! Have sent an e-mail to help center: no answer so far !

Item ordered as a birthday gift. Supposedly despatched next day. Not delivered over week later. Contacted company no reply. Noticed refund in my bank 2 weeks later that they hadn’t even told me about so that I can order gift elsewhere even though birthday has now been! No customer service or communication at all. Myself or my family will not be using this company in the future.

I ordered an item, was sent the wrong one. I'm at peace with that accidents happen. I've emailed 4 times, called 4 times and had no response when I asked if I could exchange but no response until today when I was sent an email to review direct beautique. On the positive side did deliver quickly.

Don’t bother buying from this company - they put up unobtainable telephone numbers and do not reply to any emails so they are impossible to get hold of and then have the bloody nerve to ask for a review! Rubbish company - steer well clear - there is your review!

Marked as despatched then waiting for it to arrive got a refund, demanded an explanation and heard nothing back left a negative review on trust pilot too, very bad service.

Got an email after despatch saying I had a refund and it’s not coming, phone number does not work!!!! Dodgy to say the least.

Wrong item delivered, no reply to e-mails and phone doesn't work. I've called my bank and if paid on a debit or credit card they can do a chargeback so anyone else let down should contact their bank and do the same.

I ve made an order on the 22nd of December. The status today 06th of January is still in "Dispatched status". I have also contacted the company but I have not received any news yet. Ignored three emails and wont answer phone - so annoyed!
