Ordered a perfume and was shocked to discover they had sent me a replica! When I emailed to complain, they became very arsy and said that they don't sell replicas and I could return the perfume for a full refund. This was 2 months ago and no refund has been received. They've also stopped replying to the emails now that they've received their crapoy perfume! Reported to trading standards! Don't buy anything from these scam artists!

NON DELIVERY of men’s perfume! Where is my order 730898 (WEB730898). My son has used his first pay check to buy his dad a birthday gift that was supposed to be on a 48 hour delivery. No email communication, and no reply to emails etc. This company seems to be a complete scam. Disgraceful! DO NOT ORDER anything. I will be reporting them and company director Vinod Halai to TRADING STANDARDS. If I could give a ZERO score , I would. No telephone number available to contact them. Who is actually writing these 5* reviews ?

No sirve devolví el articulo hace 10 días y se niegan a darme mi reembolso son una vergüenza lo bueno es que Amazon se está haciendo cargo de mi problema royal mail entrego el paquete hace varios días y ellos se niegan a devolverme el dinero no recomiendo esta tienda para hacer compras los envíos tardan y no quieren aceptar devoluciones que es una ley en este país devuelvanme mi dinero sinvergüenzas estafadores

Amazon me recomendó este vendedor para comprar un perfume ellos me dieron una fecha de entrega necesitaba el producto porque era el regalo de cumpleaños de mi mejor amigo lastimosamente nunca llego el pedido después de 4 días cuando no lo necesitaba llego les dije que lo devolvería ellos nunca me enviaron la etiqueta de devolución después de 48 me la enviaron pero inmediatamente la bloquearon fui a devolver el paquete a post office pero no lo aceptaron después ellos m enviaron un mensaje diciéndome que vian cerrado el caso los boy a denunciar por abusivos porque no respetan las políticas de devolución q son 30 días aun tengo el producto aquí que no puedo devolverlo porque a ellos les dio la gana de cerrar el caso boy a llamar a mi banco para decirles del abuso de esta gente sinvergüenza que piensan q pueden hacer lo q les da la gana no recomiendo a nadie comprar aquiben esta tienda venden caro y nunca ayudan a solucionar los problemas 0% recomendada no sirve vayan a otra parte

Hello. Where is my order WEB595727 that was paid for more than 20 days ago and we never received it - in addition to that you provided a false tracking number that does not show any movement since the 8th of December. Provide a valid proof of delivery or refund our money immediately or we will report your company's fraud to the Police and we will open a chargeback with our Credit Card. Regards

Ordered perfume at the end of March 2022. My payment went through with confirmation of despatch .... but it never arrived! They haven't replied to emails asking where my order is. The phone never connects. MY ADVICE IS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. HAVE SINCE REPORTED THEM TO ACTION FRAUD AND HAVE A CRIME NUMBER. I STRONGLY URGE ALL THAT FIND THEMSELVES IN THE SAME SITUATION TO ALSO REPORT THEM TO ACTION FRAUD.

Since the price was higher than the other sellers and I bought this a gift, I expected to receive some sort of packaging or just some thing. Instead I got a damaged bottle that looks to bad to even be a gift.

My advice is not to order from this company. I placed an order on May 27 2021 (number WEB458724) and it arrived. However, I had ordered the wrong thing by mistake and would like an exchange. It says on the website that exchanges are possible within 14 days if the product is unopened. However, I now can't get hold of Direct Beautique at all - the phone number doesn't work and they don't respond to emails. There is no address on the website or within the packaging. When I try to follow the links on the website, I'm redirected to a "Page not found" error message.

One of the shoes is missing parts, contacted by email no response so have to log case with paypal to try resolve.

Sold me a fake "Coty, Wild Musk". When I confronted Directb with this his reply was a wheedling admittance of this fact. Then, when I asked for my money back I was told I'd been reported for "bad language". I answered, "I used no bad language and you know it. Unless telling the truth about this blatant fraud is bad language." So, as well as selling me a fake, and admitting it, he also threatened me with a lie about "bad language" to make me afraid and back off. I did not back, as you can see, and I got my money back too. And, he didn't want the "Coty Wild Musk" back either! I'd avoid this shop of lies, fakes and threats.

When I ordered my perfume I did not receive it and they did not bother updating me with what was happening. So I asked for a refund.

Poor service slow postage took over a week to receive and the wrong item was sent. Very difficult to get in contact with no reply or help with the unwanted wrong item that was sent by mistake I did not order. Very dissatisfied.

NEVER BUY FROM DIRECT BOUTIQUE!!!! There is no contact number for UK! Customer service never answer emails and I’ve been waiting for the lipstick I bought for two weeks now and NOTHING!!!!!! AVOID!
