Stay away from this agency,nothing but lies to get your money.They'll tell you that you are eligible for visa without even asking or checking your documents and force you to pay a ridiculous amount saying if you don't pay now,visa rules change every day and you won't get in ,the initial amount is for another eligibility assessment test which at the starting they said there are 60 plus visas and the can easily get us in but when the result came it was just one visa a visa you mentioned you didn't want to follow through. Emailed and called customer relations but someone else will pick up and say your case handler is absent or busy and they will get back to you,which they will never,finally the customer relations Emailed me to which I replied back not more than 30 minutes later complained about the incomplete service but no reply back and since then no reply nor do they attend calls,so stay away from these cheats!!!

A friend suggested that I take help from UIS Australia for my student visa (he did a whv), and so I did. Their customer service and immigration teams were very helpful and help collect and prepare all the documents.
