“Waited a few days longer for the items than indicated but courier issue played a part. UK Bathrooms service was accessible and responsive. Products received seem good quality. Happy all round and if the other suppliers for my project were as good the project would have been easy.”

“The website is a breeze to shop and check out secure and quick. communications and delivery was excellent. Unfortunately on this occasion i had to return the goods for a refund as it was not what we had expected and again the customer service representative was polite and gave advise on the procedure to return for a full refund. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying goods from their website.”

“My experience with UK Bathroom Store has been excellent. Ordering bathroom equipment is not something I have done before and I made a mistake with the order. The team at UK Bathroom helped arrange for the collection of the returned items, the refund was very fast and the replacement items have arrived in time. They also helped arrange a particular size of delivery vehicle to avoid access issues. I will certainly be ordering from them again when I next renovate a bathroom.
