“I ordered radiator valves which arrived very promptly. It turned out, (somehow!) I had ordered twice so had one set surplus to requirements. I returned it 2nd class Royal Mail and the refund was in my account 3 days later. I don’t think you can ask for better service than that. Thank you!”

“A great deal of choice on the website, making it very difficult for me to make a final decision but help was on hand via online chat to clarify any small questions I had. The whole process was hassle free and I was kept informed which is important. Delivery was made as arranged and the driver was very helpful to my Mother who was here to accept by purchases.”
