“My delivery was to an island, and this was no trouble. Other suppliers couldn't be bothered to help, but UK Bathroom Store just got on and arranged it. My new shower door arrived 2 days later. Brilliant service, thanks.”

“I purchased a chrome towel rail which arrived within two weeks. It was very well packed and everything seems to be in order although it hasn’t been fitted yet so I will reserve judgement. I would have given five stars but for the attitude of one of their customer service staff who, when I phone with an enquiry, was extremely patronising, dismissive and wasn’t prepared to listen properly to my enquiry. I did however receive an apology by email when I complained, together with an explanation in answer to my original enquiry and a promise that it would be dealt with. The issue was about conflicting information in the product details online, which has now been changed.”

“Easy to order on line. Prompt delivery too. Only criticism is that the small tube of sealant had been packed in a much too large box and was stuffed with yards and yards of concertina type packing. Not very green !”

“I found areal bargain on the UK Bathroom Store website. This Aluminium 3 mirror door cabinet had been reduced by some 60%. I spoke to someone who answered several questions re the electrical connections and within a couple of minutes I purchased the 950 mm wide Bauhaus Aluminium cabinet. It arrived within 3/4 days and was really well packaged to avoid any damage. Perhaps the only down side was the £32 delivery cost added to the final bill. Still to be placed on the wall it looks superb and expensive.”
