“I ordered my items on December 28th and it’s now 13th of January and still no items. I cased my order up on the 7th of January, where I got told they was missing one of my items as it wasn’t in stock and wasn’t going to send it until they got it back in stock (which they said was end of February) This is such a shame as the items are well priced and a very good company”
“I've already written a review. But here I go again. Items were inadequately packaged, they were put in a box with some brown paper to fill the gap. Two of them seemed to be leaking but not very much. their coverings were torn, but the items are still useable. Hermes are notorious for throwing orders about, I've seen videos on Facebook - you need to use bubblewrap for packaging. I would have to seriously think about ordering from you again, sorry. But I still think the colour changing air fresheners are a great idea, very pretty and suitable as a gift at any time, but not if they are damaged.”

“Initially delay parcel didn't arrive and had to ring up.product had been out of stock but nobody had let me know.once I had spoken to them however item was back in stock and was sent out promptly.good product well wrapped.would order again despite small hiccup at the beginning.”
