“Good price but bad delivery time and poor customer service.
Made an order on Sunday night and excepted the stuff to be delivered on Tuesday (as advertised on the site - next day delivery etc.). On Wednesday someone from the company called me and told me that the coffee was out of stock (N.B. no one have advised me before neither via email or via the website when I ordered) so asked me if I could wait until Friday for the whole delivery and other package. I accepted and said, that's fine so you pay less to the third party delivery service.
On Friday I received an email from DPD which informed me that I would have received the delivery on Monday. I called the customer service and asked an explanation and the man that pick up the call was rude, did not apologies for the inconvenience cause and I found it quite irritating the way he was speaking to me. I will not maky any other purchase from this company, respect to clients comes first. I won't give a single start just because they have a good range of product and they are competitive with the price.”
