“Good ordered on 28th February we accept delivery problems because of the pandemic. Your Carrier e-mails us with the 1st e-mail stating delivery would be between 11-00 a.m and 1 00 p.m. Date 8th March (time 9-14 a.m. at 12-15 a further e-mail stating there was a problem with delivery and would send us a message on Tuesday 9th March regarding delivery. The time is nearly 8-00 p.m. and no details and no goods. This needs sorting we await your comments”
“I placed an order with this company because of the 1-2 day delivery time that was advertised. Order placed on the morning, e-mail received on the afternoon to say order had been shipped. Two days later I received an e-mail to say part of the order was out of stock and the entire order would be held until it was all available. I asked for the available items to be shipped as I needed them urgently. Several phone calls, e-mails, online chats and three weeks later, I have now received all of my order. Quality of products is ok but I wouldn't order again if it were an item that I needed urgently.”
