“I recently ordered sea kelp hand wash. It was a good price, and product was perfect. It was delivered speedily. On arrival the box containing the hand wash was slightly damaged. This didn’t effect the state of the plastic container holding the hand wash,but stopped me giving full marks on my review. I feel other companies have packed similar things more carefully. Would definitely recommend the product though.”

“A very prompt service, however, both deliveries arrived with the coffee cups rattling around inside and I thought there would be some damage. I suggest the packers wrap the cups separately, then fill the box with brown paper.”
“I really like this company's presentation, everything looks great on the website. so, I decided to place a small order to try them out and really wanted (and expected) a great experience. Unfortunately, that's not how it went, they were let down by the delivery. Ordered 7 cases, got 2. 3rd case arrived later on it's own but was squashed and badly damaged, unusable. 3 emails to support were ignored over a week. Finally talked to a human who said they did not have my emails but confirmed I was using the correct address - dodgy IT? Anyway the support person was very good (hence 2 stars rather than one) and arranged replacements so we'll see how that goes.”
