“As always you dispatch on time with no problems , but the main problem here is the courier Hermes, they collected the parcel on the 29th and I never received it till the 5th , tried to check there site to see what was happening but was a complete waste of time as it hadn’t been updated, would advise you to get a new courier service, Don’t rate Hermes one bit .”

I then got another email 3 days later to say they were out of stock. So, not only did they mislead with the first email, but it took another 3 days to realise they were out of stock.
