“Good phone manner. Advise was helpful. Delivery was unpredictable. In fact it didn't arrive on the date texted at all and I waited until 10.30 pm then locked up. When I eventually managed to get a answer to a phone number I was told the next morning by 10 am. It arrived at 9 am. Then I had a message at 11 am to say my delivery would be arriving soon! So in all UK Flooring great but delivery service awful.”

“In general could not fault - excellent samples (free) allowed us to choose best size and colour. General quality excellent. Only issue was about 5 boards had poor coverage of colour on top of board and stood out when laid (only spotted when actually laid on floor) but as we had ordered 10% extra we were able to swap them and complete floor without using them but it was tight so definitely recommend always buying some "wastage". We jsut tipped into a final box to get the 10% so would not have managed with less.”
