Product was good but two planks were damaged inside the pack, packaging was so good we never thought it can damage product inside. also delivery delayed by three days, in my case we had to get it delivered to my neighbours as we were not there on next delivery date.

Fantastic Service even when the team are working from home Ben helped enormously checking that our measurement where correct then letting us know how much flooring we needed .
