“Good phone manner. Advise was helpful. Delivery was unpredictable. In fact it didn't arrive on the date texted at all and I waited until 10.30 pm then locked up. When I eventually managed to get a answer to a phone number I was told the next morning by 10 am. It arrived at 9 am. Then I had a message at 11 am to say my delivery would be arriving soon! So in all UK Flooring great but delivery service awful.”

“Flooring “sample” was a lot lighter (as was the website photos) than what we actually received when ordered 34 SqMtr so flooring darker and not what we would have chose! Some boards (x 6) from numerous packs were not 100%, however these were replaced immediately by company upon receipt of photos. Very quick delivery during lockdown”

“Beautiful laminate flooring and good colour matched beading and door profile. However horrible and unreliable delivery service and customer service when problems occur could have been a little better and those handling the customer service calls could have been better informed.”
