“My poor rating is not for the heat logs which are very good. However, trying to arrang delivery was an absolute nightmare. Becky at UK Heatlogs did her best to sort out but it took many phone calls on my part, and many days of waiting before delivery was made. When the logs arrived the delivery driver did a good job of placing the pallet near to the house. Do not know if I will bother purchasing again - unless something can be done about delivery options.”
“We have been using Heat Logs for the last three years and have found them to be a very efficient (and economical) fuel for our wood burning stove. They are also easier to store and handle(in their boxes), compared to logs. They also generate very little ash.”

“Great product - we just use a couple of heat logs every day to get the burner up to temperature then use standard logs. They burn hot and long. No problems with order and delivery.”
“Very happy indeed. There has been a re-packaging since a few years ago which is great because each heat log is a bit smaller and more manageable. They are packed vertically rather than horizontally in the box which is better for stacking as the weight is in the direction of the sawdust compression of the logs. Need to think carefully about the pallet size you are buying in case the delivery man cannot get the pallet out in one go with the fork-lift. Then you need to resort to manually doing it. I had a sack-barrow on hand for delivery of a third of a pallet and it worked fine. Well done for providing a nice product.”
