“Ordered a charging cable over a month ago. Still hasn't arrived! Communication from the company has been non existent, then they ask for a review. So here it is. Where's the item I purchased? 100% not happy, 100% I recommend not doing business with UK Mobile Stores. Doesn't deserve the one star but that's the lowest rating I can give!”

“THE COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! I WOULD HAVE GIVEN NO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!! AVOID, AVOID AND AVOID!!! THEY CLAIM THAT YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN DISPATCHED BUT SEND YOU A FAKE ROYAL MAIL TRACKING NUMBER. NO RESPONSES TO EMAILS WHATSOEVER!!! WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING x2 SAMSUNG CHARGERS. SOME REVIEWS ALSO STATE THAT PEOPLE HAVE RECEIVED THEIR ITEM, HOWEVER, THE ITEM IS NOT GENUINE!! PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT 'COMPANY'”

“I placed an order with you on Sunday 31st January, order number 1270089828, I haven't as yet received this. I received notification on Monday 1st February that my order was on its way with tracking number NY216604795GB. I have been tracking this but no information can be given, all it states is "Sorry, we're currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference NY216604795GB". I have emailed you numerous times but haven't as yet received a reply as to where my order is and when I could expect delivery, I have messaged you through you web page too. Can you please contact me as a matter of urgency to confirm. If the item hasn't as yet been despatched or has been lost, can you please arrange a replacement shipment as soon as possible. As at today, I still haven't as yet received a reply from you.”

“I'm very unhappy with the service received. Basically there was none. I ordered and paid for a phone charger the weeks ago that has yet to arrive. The store website has said the item is ready for despatch since I paid for it The tracking number provided is not recognised. Emails have gone unanswered and then I get asked to review the service.... I've raised a claim with PayPal to get my money back now.. thanks UK Mobile Store....”

“I ordered on the 31st of Jan and paid £2.99 for 48hr delivery. It is now the 15th Feb and I still haven't received my order. I have emailed 3 times and have now opened a case with PayPal and the company haven't bothered to get in touch. The customer service has been appalling and non existent. The tracking number they provided me with has never worked.”

“Although my order was very small 2 weeks and still no product. No reply from 2 emails i have sent. This so called company should be shut down.how much are they making from a few quid here and there and not shipping any orders? Very dissapointed.i did read reviews but guess they were fake as the new recent reviews are the same story.stay away , do not order , and shut this so called company down”
