“ Delivery failed to arrive through Evri. Evri tracking confirmed not delivered. Monsoon refused to help without a document I had to print and sign. I don't have a printer. I retuned an email but their 'process' requires a signature. Not that they've ever seen my signature. They refuse to assist. Until this point I had bought a lot from them - many orders even since January this year. I am now an ex customer. ”
