"I have recently had to replace my old hand mixer with a new one.\r\nThe old one was a perfect design\r\nThe new one is rubbish.\r\nIt sits on its rest when not in use, but when baking a cake, it falls forward due to the weight of the mixture and makes a mess.\r\nI suggest your design team try it out by making an actual cake, they will see the problem straight away. Very disappointed in this product and will advise others not to purchase this item."

"One of the worst customer service I have ever faced. I bought a rice cooker from them that comes with 2-year warranty. After 1 year, I got a problem with it. But when i tried to reach out to them, there is no respond from them. I reported my problem on March 2022 nov its december still my problem is not resolved.\r\n\r\nGuys, please dont trust their product they will say 2 year gurantee to make people to believe and purchase, but post purchase there is no proper support."
