“Love the product but I feel that the Spotlight Pro( my brush) is unstable standing alone. I have to leave it lying flat. Not the end of the world but a broader base may work better?”

“Really disappointed with the poor level of customer service received on my latest order. Had to chase the whereabouts of my items as not received date or so to be told that that it was still in the warehouse because one item was out of stock despite it showing as available on the website. Asked for the in stock items to be sent ASAP and requested a refund for the out of stock item. No priority delivery service offered and had to chase a few days later as the refund had still not been processed. Shocking and not what I’d expect from spotlight.”

“I really like the effectiveness of this toothbrush. My teeth seem shinier after brushing than previously, even on the regular setting. I'd have liked a bit more info about how best to keep the gums in good health with this brush eg. which setting to use. I'd also suggest a more noticeable feel to the on-off button so that my thumb can find it more easily on the otherwise totally smooth surface, but this is a very minor detail for a product I am now a fan of.”
