The unnecessary purchase of a 'stop gap' charger, which wasn't compatible despite advice you gave. I was then sent a link to reorder directly only to find after completing process that link was for wrong product ... I now have the correct charger which you sent directly from your office ... and a refund. Thank you.

“The toothbrushes and toothpaste, whitening strips, etc have always been great. Customer service is always on point and very helpful. The old water flossers were great, however, there seems to be a production issue with the new water flossers. The 3 I had (between replacements and ones I had originally bought) either stopped working or had not worked at all.”

“Couldn't be more pleased with the sonic pro toothbrush. I previously used an electric toothbrush and this is light years ahead in terms of cleaning performance. “It’s the best toothbrush I’ve ever had and now all members of the family have one. Although the bristles feel soft my teeth feel so clean and my gums are much healthier. It’s small enough to get to the awkward bits of your mouth. It looks gorgeous and is easy to keep clean and free of gunk. The charge lasts for literally months and the travel case is very useful for travel. Great product all round.”

“We bought 2 Pro brushes about 18 months ago and have been very impressed with them. However we noticed that one was starting to lose battery life much more quickly than the other. I got immediate responses to emails about this with solid suggestions of how to solve it. When those suggestions failed they shipped a replacement no further questions asked. It’s clear from the performance of the replacement that the original wasn’t charging as fully. Super impressed by not only the brushes but by the customer service as well.”

“I had a problem with my previously purchased LED Flosser and i contacted Spotlight, told them the problem, sent a video of the issue and within 48 hrs i was sent a replacement!
I had email interaction throughout to keep me in the loop throughout the process .

“This toothbrush was recommended in the Guardian and my dentist had said that life would be better with an electric toothbrush, and I have not been disappointed. A big benefit has been the red flash when I press too hard, and the timing per quarter of the mouth is great. It shouldn’t be a thing, but it’s just so nice to hold and use!!”

“I have used Oral B for years and often felt like my teeth were not 100% clean, so much so I would give a quick brush with a manual toothbrush afterwards. This toothbrush is excellent - it leaves my teeth squeaky clean and I no longer need to double brush. I love it! The quadrant timer and pressue sensor are also really handy. Sometimes I am not entirely clear which of the four settings the toothbrush is operating on, but this is minor point.”
