“This was a best a Telegraph and Guardian best buy and I'm pleased I followed their recomendation. However, it has taken some getting used to. At first, I kept to the lowest speed setting as anything faster gave a very unpleasant sensation when the brushe's plastic housing inadvertanly catches the teeth. Not unlike the sensation of the dentist drill!! However, I do now use the midway speed setting without too much trouble. I'm not sure I'll ever get used to the fastest speed setting! The best aspect of this toothbrush though is the long battery life. Such a pain having to recharge the previous brushes every few days. Recomended.”
We appreciate your feedback Paul! It's completely normal to experience some tickling or discomfort at first when using your toothbrush . While it might take a little while to get used to, I can assure you that our toothbrushes are safe to use even if you have sensitivity, and it will become easier for you.

We brought your Kids Electric Toothbrush - CiCi the Cheetah, Order Number: #624390EU, as we have used your adult products before and rate them highly. Unfortunately, while the child's brush was on charge, it melted the connection to the charge point on the brush, as shown in the attached photos. This product is not safe and could have caused significant damage to our house had it not been found when it was.”
“About 16 months ago I purchased a Spoptlight toothbrush and Spotlight water flosser. The toothbrush I have used twice daily, the flosser about once weekly/fortnightly.
A short while ago the water flosser simply stopped working. The unit was full of charge, the motor was whirring away but no water came out. I reported the matter to Spotlight customer care asking if they had a repair service. Spotlight asked for a brief report of the fault and a video showing same, which I submitted to them. The same day, Spotlight told me that they would be sending me a brand spanking new water flosser free of charge. It has now arrived and works perfectly.
Things will go wrong, that's simply a fact of life. But it's how the issue is dealt with that matters and Spoltight's customer care was magnificent.
My toothbrush and water flosser are great products, but more than that, Spotlight provides fantastic after-care support. I have no hesitation in recommedning this company and their products to you.”

“The quality of the product looks good but I did not like the sensation when using it and will be giving it away. Understandably a refund was refused as I had used it. But bearing in mind the unusual vibrations you feel in your mouth when using it, and not even on the strongest setting, they should consider returns as it's a product that won't suit everybody.”

“Overall this brush cleans very well. However, it is not without its faults. Firstly, I find it impossible to use without accidentally switching it off midway through the two minute cleaning cycle. The power button is in the wrong place. Secondly, it is not possible to cycle between the three brushing speeds Without going through the off position. This again negates the timer function. If the company addresses these points they have a winner on their hands. If not then, sadly, I would not buy another one. It’s just too irritating to use.”
“I had a toothbrush bought for me as a gift to replace one from another well known brand. Initially I was very pleased with the toothbrush and it continues to perform well with good battery life and keeping my teeth feeling nice and clean. I am not so keen on the position of the buttons/switches on the device which are far too easy to turn on/off whilst cleaning is in operation. I also think that the replacement toothbrush heads are ridiculously expensive, but I suppose that's how Spotlight are making profit.”

“Sorry. The request for a review made me smile. Ordered for delivery in Italy. 5-7 working days. Courier firm not spotlight knew where it was. Left for work after two weeks. Still not arrived. Spotlight will arrange a refund when they get it back which will be??? I’m sure it would have been a great toothbrush. However I’ll never know and one day. I’m sure I’ll get that refund.”
