“I bought my initial supplies a couple of years ago. The product has been reliable and the toothpaste has certainly whitened my teeth from where they were. The toothpaste is quite expensive so I just use it once a day and then use a standard toothpaste on in the morning. The service for replacement heads and toothpaste has been fine.”

“The product is fine, but the delivery wasn't. Amazon is not satisfactory. I was told the day before that my package was due for delivery, and tracked it. No information was available that wasn't emailed to me anyway. On the due day, a message arrived at 11.32 saying it would be delivered between 14.30 and 17.30. Not knowing till that late in the morning is in itself unsatisfactory, but the package did not actually arrive until 20.03. Other delivery companies, even Royal Mail, do better than that.”

“I was looking for a replacement for my Phillips Sonicare, which, after about 4 years was not working properly. Rather than just buy the same one again I did some research online and came across the Spotlight Sonic Pro which had a good review and was reasonably priced. It arrived very promptly and is still working on its first charge after two weeks. I like how it does not need to sit in a recharge base when not in use, so no dangling wires. In terms of performance it operates at a much higher frequency than the Phillips and is very effective at keeping my teeth clean.”
