“The toothbrush is good but you get no warning that the battery is about to run out. That would be a good feature to add.
I would suggest you sell toothbrush heads in packs of 4 as I believe one is supposed to change the brush head every 3 months - you would get 1 year out of your purchase if there were 4 in a pack…”

We are sorry to hear you are having issues with your power button we would recommend soaking your sonic in warm soapy water and then gently cleaning around the button to remove any dried toothpaste or debris that may have gotten stuck underneath and around the button.

We appreciate your honest feedback Denise! We are happy to hear you are happy with the cleaning results. We would recommend starting off using the sensitive setting and then you can work your way up if you wish but you can continue to just use the sensitive setting if you wish.
