“Unfortunately my order was delivered to the wrong
Address twice. When I told you, my complaint was
dealt with promptly, but nevertheless the second
delivery has not arrived yet. Obviously you do not
use a reliable courier, but it is not your fault if they
get things wrong. I will be a bit wary about the placing

“it took a bit of getting used too being sonic as I was only used to an electric which I had had for several years. But as time has gone on I am so far really pleased with my new sonic bush, my teeth feel a lot cleaner with that feeling lasting all day. My dental check up later this week will tell me how things are going. Very pleased with customer service and general handling of my order and everything connected with it right up to delivery. “I researched toothbrushes before buying one from Spotlight and it has lived up to most the praise I read. I find that it doesn't hold the charge as long as they say it will and I would like it to come with a shaver plug because who wants to always bring their tooth brush downstairs to charge. I have now had it for over a year, enjoy using it and found buying replacement toothbrush heads easy”
