“I ordered two boxes of brush heads for my sonic tooth brush which were sent within a few days of ordering. Good to see that the brush heads are now packed in cardboard boxes instead of the previous plastic ones. Very efficient as always and a great product.”

“I have had 3 models of the Braun IO range all of which have stopped working in less than a year so I thought time for a change. the fact that it's a USB connection rather than the 2 pin shaver socket is such an advntage when travelling abroad. The charge lasts all week cleaning 3 times a day, my teeth feel and look cleaner than they have for years. It's about time that a company challenged the ridiculously priced German and Dutch companies whom in my opinion are only capable of putting a terrific amount of unnecessary modes on their brushes. Although I've only had my Spotlight brush for a month it gives a superior clean and is more efficient than any of the Phillips or Braun ranges. big thanks to the two women who came up with this new brush.”

“Had a Phillips sonicare for 5 years until it malfunctioned by switching itself on and unable to be switched off.
I tried the spotlight oral care brush because initially it was cheaper and am very satisfied with its performance so far.
It seems more thorough during the brushing programs with similar looks and build to my previous brush so if it lasts as long, I would say it’s better value for money.”

“Delivered as promised very promptly.
It’s taken me a while to get used to the vibrations in my mouth and generally only use the sensitive setting as I find it tickles too much or the vibrations from the brush body are uncomfortable if it touches your teeth. Maybe this is the same with all sonic toothbrushes. However the results are much better than my old Oral B oscillating brush and feels much much cleaner. I’m getting the hang now of avoiding the brush plastic touching my teeth so I’m happy to continue with it.
One thing I’d like is a travel case but this is not offered on the site for this model. I emailed a few days ago to ask but no reply yet?”
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a lovely review John. It can take a little getting used to when you first switch to a sonic toothbrush but we can assure you that the vibrations no longer feel sensitive after a couple of weeks. We no longer offer the travel case with this model.
