I’m not happy with small brush. I don’t feel I’ve a dentist clean. It feels like a child’s brush with weight so light and proximity of my fingers it doesn’t fit easily. I keep turning it off. I will not buy again.

I ordered the flosser and it made my gums bleed and left them feeling very sore - and that was on the so-called 'gentle' setting. The customer service is almost non-existent - they simply have ignored my emails after their initial response. I explained to them about the problems I've had with the flosser. As soon as they realised they might possibly need to give me a refund they refused to reply. It's quite upsetting as it's expensive and Spotlight simply don't care about helping me.

We are so sorry to hear that the flosser had caused you to experience gum bleeding and soreness on the gentle setting. That is certainly not what we strive for and we have never heard of this happening before. Sometimes people may not be used to using a Water Flosser and at first, it can cause a little discomfort. If your gums are not used to the stimulation from a water flosser, they may initially bleed. This is common and usually subsides with regular use. As your gums get healthier with consistent water flossing, you may notice less bleeding. The water flosser can help remove plaque and bacteria, which in turn reduces inflammation and bleeding. Generally, if you are transitioning from traditional flossing to a water flosser, your gums may need some time to adapt. We make sure all emails are answered as quickly as possible and I can assure you, no emails are ignored. Would you be able to send on your response again in case it has gone into spam or bounced? I did not receive my purchases yet. i rang at the end of last week to ask where they were at as i have had no email correspondence regarding the purchases which was unusual.

I am so disappointed. My order tracking says it was delivered on 03 October. By An Post. I did not receive it or any notification card from An Post stating they tried to deliver it, or where it was delivered to. This is the end of my online shopping!!!

I bought the Professional LED Teeth Whitening System due to seeing some good reviews. Unfortunately I was horrified to find it left my teeth with white patches, rather than being a gradual whitening process. I don't think I'll be able to return it as I've used it once, but I won't be using it again. I wish I'd never used it as I now have a patchy white smile..

These white patches are called opacities which are on the teeth naturally and may become dehydrated during any whitening process. This is completely normal. We recommend using the strips in the evening time so by morning they will fade away. I am sure its a good product, but I wont be using it, as I am afraid the hydrogen peroxide will damage my teeth...I had not looked closely enough at the ingredients

I bought the electric toothbrush - which stopped working the first time I had to replace the head. I have given it another shot - so have bought a second brush, but I was very disappointed this broke after such a short period of time. It just stopped vibrating, even when charged.

I read lots of reviews before purchasing and so has high expectations. I regret believing the hype. The sleek design and long battery life are the only positives. But they are window dressing for what is a poor product - it’s basically a manual toothbrush that vibrates. My teeth feel cleaner when I use my old 10 year old electric toothbrush. A real shame.

The teeth whitening strips are really good but the water flosser is really poor. I can’t acted customer services the day after I received it, they replied asking for more info which I gave straight away and I am still yet to hear anything back a week later. I believe they’ve made a poor product that is not fit for purpose and customer service are now being deliberately awkward and intentionally not replying. For teeth whitening strips spotlight is fine but having been a user of water flossers for years (other brands), I can honestly say this is by far the worst I have ever used.

Not received my order. Corresponding with delivery firm (yodel). Emailed spotlight 1 day ago, no response. Had problems before with deliveries from yodel. Awful company, so still not got my order!

What is disappointing is that you have limited local distribution outside of the UK. I now live in Holland and I thought you would have local distribution. In the end I had to buy a bill order and that has yet to arrive.

I am yet to receive my order. Yodel placed this in a bin even though I was inside. They didn’t even call to let me know. By the time I read the email the package had vanished. No update on whether the item will be reordered or if I’ll receive my money back. Also there now appears to be a larger discount than the original offer I saw… I should simply walk away now rather than get more irritated.
