“Excellent product and more effective than my previous brushes. I found the the on/off button a little stiff and also the catch on the travel case but these are minor issues as my teeth feel cleaner than ever and I intend to ordering some tooth whitening powder”

We are sorry to hear you are having issues with your power button we would recommend soaking your sonic in warm soapy water and then gently cleaning around the button to remove any dried toothpaste or debris that may have gotten stuck underneath and around the button.

We appreciate your honest feedback Denise! We are happy to hear you are happy with the cleaning results. We would recommend starting off using the sensitive setting and then you can work your way up if you wish but you can continue to just use the sensitive setting if you wish.

“I’ve been using my new Sonic Electric Toothbrush from Spotlight Oral Care and I’m truly happy with it. It cleans perfectly, feels comfortable, and is beautifully designed. Customer service is exceptional — when replacing my old brush, they were kind, responsive, and even refunded my shipping fee as a goodwill gesture. The only small thing I missed compared to my previous model is the plastic travel case, which was very practical. It would be great if it could be included again in the future.
