“My first sonic toothbrush was temperamental from the off not holding it's charge, then the on/off button stopped working. The brush was only 3 months old when I contacted customer services. After providing video proof Ornaith quickly sent me a replacement brush.
I have had the replacement brush a couple of weeks now and it runs so much better than the first which must have been faulty. I am very happy with this brush, it provides a thorough clean and holds it's charge for ages.

“Fantastic product with great service and speedy delivery. Having tried another water flosser a few years ago, I was put off the experience by the clunky delivery of water and the need to refill the flosser during operation. Fast forward to this year and I decided to give them another go. Doing the obligatory research, i came across Spotlight Oral care and am really pleased I did. Theflosser is easy to use with a large water tank and a choice of heads and settings. Having at first sprayed my bathroom walls with water on my first attempt, I soon found the head and setting that suited me and am flossing like a pro.”
“Water Flosser with UV Steriliser is a waste of money. It's been nearly a year I bought. To be honest I didn't use first month as I had my previous one from different brand working fine, as it was old and finally i thought I should use the new one. First time I used I thought I didn't charge it enough, I found it is slow, even with the . Later I realise no matter how many hours I charge the performance is not up to mark even with 120 IPS. Very dessapointing.
I like the brush. It works well.”

“Overall my tooth washer ( not correct term) was satisfactory except for the treading on the plastic bottle was difficult to match with the treading on the unit. It takes me a few attempts to secure it properly before using. Otherwise the cleaning of my implants is good. Regards, John Donohoe.”
