“I'm sorry to be negative, but it's important to give you feedback. I have previously had a rotary electric toothbrush and always looked forward to cleaning my teeth. But I cannot tolerate your oscillating toothbrush because of the effect on my lips and tongue. I set it on "Clean" but proximity to my lips, tongue and gums was unbearable due to the over-stimulation of those sensitive areas. For me it was like a torture implement and I started to dread the thought of cleaning my teeth. So in the end I gave up. My partner is now using it on "Gentle" and doesn't mind it. I hope this is interesting. Thank you.”

“It took a few days to get used to the sensation of the sonic toothbrush but am very pleased with its performance. Only downside is that the rush heads take some force to remove and replace. This is a pity as my husband and I share the ‘base’ so heads are frequently changed.”

“Hi bought the water flosser with UV light for sterilisation. The first one lasted 3 weeks before the UV light stopped working. I got a replacement in HN and the UV light has once again stopped working approx. 4 weeks later. I'll be asking for a refund this weekend. Not a well made product.”
