There was no mention of your company name, or my name. there was the tracking order number, but let's be honest who remembers that number ? I actually deleted all the messages immediately and only realised they were valid when the package was actually delivered”

“I have tried many electric toothbrushes in the past including Oral B Pro Series 3 and Phillips Sonic. I have to say, yes the noise can be a bit loud, but after a few seconds , not so bad. The result has been a really great clean. It gets between the teeth, and the pause after 30 seconds gives you the chance to move your brush to the next section. Couldn't find any instructions to tell me when the brush needed to be charged up, or when battery was fully charged.

“According to your website, as I live in the Channel Islands you could not deliver here, so it has been mailed to my London flat. I shall be there at the end of July and intend to use it then.”
“The spotlight water flosser for me has helped me recover my dental health after a long period of neglect due to illness and lack of care during Covid. Alongside two dental hygiene appointments it loosened old plaque immediately. Quite shocking what came off. Not all did but it's made a big difference. The thing I like best is the clean feeling in the whole mouth after using it. The dentists has said what a difference it has made. It's simple to use
Things I:d like to see get better though are:-
1. It's very messy and you must have it in your mouth when you turn it on or you spray the bathroom. It's not a graceful thing to use and you need to lean over a sink for the whole process. If the buttons were on the back I think it'd be easier to control when using as you have to turn it turn it off which squirts everywhere
2. I'd prefer more power settings.
3. Could do with a mini tip for tight gaps for more targeted removal perhaps?
4. You do need to use normal floss on top in the gaps as it doesn't get it all. The dentists said this too.
5. Sensitivity is worse for me afterwards but the cleaning results worth it. I'm using every other day because of this rather than every day.
6. Extends your routine time but worth it.
7. Like the UV treatment. Wondering if you can drop the tip in to clean that too?
8. Stops working if too tight and angle
Overall I really like it, will continue to use and pleased with my purchase. Recommended.”

“Was it really two weeks since order, not sure, if so then the fact it only arrived 3 days ago suggests it was delayed in dispatch.
In the short time I have used it, it's performed well. There is however a niggle, when moving the brush around my mouth I have already several times managed to change the speed setting without wanting to. Simply rolling the brush body in my hand to get to the recommended cleaning angle means that my fingers roll over the button as I do that and it activates.”
