“I had a toothbrush bought for me as a gift to replace one from another well known brand. Initially I was very pleased with the toothbrush and it continues to perform well with good battery life and keeping my teeth feeling nice and clean. I am not so keen on the position of the buttons/switches on the device which are far too easy to turn on/off whilst cleaning is in operation. I also think that the replacement toothbrush heads are ridiculously expensive, but I suppose that's how Spotlight are making profit.”

“Sorry. The request for a review made me smile. Ordered for delivery in Italy. 5-7 working days. Courier firm not spotlight knew where it was. Left for work after two weeks. Still not arrived. Spotlight will arrange a refund when they get it back which will be??? I’m sure it would have been a great toothbrush. However I’ll never know and one day. I’m sure I’ll get that refund.”

“Inward looking for a toothbrush which is more long lasting than the Phillips and song ones that break exactly after 18 months. This one seems to be that. However, the replaceable heds have a major fault where, when they are due to be changed a piece breaks whilst u re brushing and you end up with loads of the bristles literally stuck in upust mouth and throat. Some you probably swallow and others take forever to get out as they poke deepening the lining of your mouth. This has happened to me multiple times. I still bought more replacements because I can’t afford another electric toothbrush right now but this is unsafe.”
“I was most disappointed when my Spotlight toothbrush failed after only 7 months. I had previously bought Philips. However there was no quibble and a replacement Spotlight was sent to me incredibly quickly. I hope this one will last longer. Thank you for excellent customer service.”

“I noticed the difference in the smoothness of my teeth from the first brush - I'd been using a normal toothbrush previously. The light timer helps me brush that little bit longer.
