“The toothbrush is good but you get no warning that the battery is about to run out. That would be a good feature to add.
I would suggest you sell toothbrush heads in packs of 4 as I believe one is supposed to change the brush head every 3 months - you would get 1 year out of your purchase if there were 4 in a pack…”

“I can’t actually praise this company enough. After about 17 months or so of use, my toothbrush started to have problems. I contacted Spotlight Oral and they immediately apologised and sent me a new toothbrush. I love their toothbrush and whitener and I’m glad the issue was resolved so efficiently.
