“Love the product but sadly found the returns policy disappointing. The blush & rose gold brush heads are very similar and unfortunately I ordered the wrong ones which do not fit my toothbrush. I had only opened the plastic seal on one head before realising my mistake but I was unable to return any of the heads for hygiene purposes. I have therefore had to order 3 more heads and throw the original 3 away as they are no good to me. As a gesture of goodwill I was refunded £6 on my second order which I appreciate but not sure I will continue to use this product, would rather buy local.”

“Bought the basic model but that was £66 so not cheap. Got three settings but the on off front button is very sensitive and easy to change settings or switch off mid brush which lets this product down. Otherwise hapoy with product.”
