“I bought this toothbrush on the basis of a review in the Guardian. It came with whitening toothpaste and whitening set and a nice case for travel. There are three settings. It took a few days to get used to how speedy it was but I am getting there. Very pleased.”

“I bought the Sonic Pro in November '24 and have been happy wih it until recently when it has started to work erratically, despite being recharged regularly. I am also disappointed that the discount code offered was not applied when I purchased replacement heads recently. I sent an email about this but had no response at all. “We choose Spotlight Oral Care for our new toothbrush as we didn't like the constant marketing by one of your rivals and I am glad we did. It appears to do a great job and is pleasant to use. If I had one comment to make about the design, it would be to make the on/off switch a little more prominent - its difficult to find sometimes as the design is so sleek. Minor point !”

“The products are excellent, thus the five stars. I have purchased many items over the last few years.
However, my latest order still hasnt arrived (2 toothbrushes). I know it is not the fault of Spotlight, its down to the courier. It would help, however, to be able to speak to someone at Spotlight to chase the order, rather than leave messages and no one is getting back to me.”

“An interesting gadget, I'm not yet sure as the noise of it when running is rather disturbing as is the strength of vibration on my tongue and teeth! I will have to use it for a while longer before deciding whether to return to my trusty other one or not.”

To address with customer service gave rise to a request to send a video which bounced immediately and repeatedly.
Also do not purchase if you ever intend
to use outside the UK. 28€ shipping for brush heads. Altogether, with cost of brush heads themselves, the price of a new tooth brush. Would have never bought knowing what I now know and will not buy again.”
