“I’ve been using my new Sonic Electric Toothbrush from Spotlight Oral Care and I’m truly happy with it. It cleans perfectly, feels comfortable, and is beautifully designed. Customer service is exceptional — when replacing my old brush, they were kind, responsive, and even refunded my shipping fee as a goodwill gesture. The only small thing I missed compared to my previous model is the plastic travel case, which was very practical. It would be great if it could be included again in the future. Overall, I highly recommend both the product and the company for their quality and customer care.”

“I have been using only products from Spotlight Oral Care for more than 2 years now, and I am very happy with everything. Recently, I acquired the water flosser - and it is making my bucal hygiene routine so much easier, while ensuring my teeth are properly clean and in the gentlest way, to preserve my gum's health.
A special note for the company being cruelty free and using primarily vegan products in the composition (which is a BIG plus for me).

“The new brush head does not fit to my brush handle. During brushing the head comes out from the brush base. It would be great if I can buy matching brush head please. Please see the attached picturs below.”

“I bought my initial supplies a couple of years ago. The product has been reliable and the toothpaste has certainly whitened my teeth from where they were. The toothpaste is quite expensive so I just use it once a day and then use a standard toothpaste on in the morning. The service for replacement heads and toothpaste has been fine.”
