“The sonic toothbrush is excellent. The charge lasts for ever, and the neat case is perfect for travelling. However, I bought a rainbow edition, and the disappointment is that you do not offer adult orange brushes. I bought ‘gold’ and sadly the brush has lost its good looks.”

“I liked the sonic brush, it really cleans up my teeth but after 2 months use I have noticed that the battery only last 2 weeks and not up to 72 days as promised.”

We apologize if the battery hasn't been lasting as long as we promised. We always strive to provide accurate information about our products, and it seems like we may have fallen short in this case.
The battery life can last up to 70 days however this does depend on a couple of factors, such as the setting you are using the toothbrush on and the length of time you are using it. If you are using it on the most powerful setting or for longer than the 2 minute brushing timer this will mean that you will need to charge the toothbrush more frequently. Our brush also comes with a 2 minute timer which includes pausing shortly every 30 seconds to notify you when you should move on to the next portion of your teeth and will automatically stop after 2 minutes to help prevent overbrushing.

It can definitely take time to get used to the sensation as it can feel powerful at the beginning but this always eases with use. The Sonic is designed specifically for those with sensitive gums and teeth so should cause no pain when being used. We do have some other new customers contact us about a slight tickling when beginning to use the Sonic but have always advised this is only a initial reaction to the new sensation.
