“Loving my new toothbrush, love the white looks clean and sleek. The thin head makes it easy to reach the back teeth. Took a while to get use to the sonic but now love it. Only reason for losing a star was delivery could have been a bit quicker.”

“Feels clean, small brush head is great as it’s a good combo between Philips and Oral B brush head.
The travel case does feel a bit cheap, but the actually toothbrush does feel its good quality. Had it for two weeks since opening and not had to change yet. I got the rose gold colour and it looks very elegant.”

“It's been a couple weeks and I feel like I can see a difference in the colour of my teeth. My previous brush was Phillips Sonicare and this feels like it's a step up. Only three settings but it feels like it's enough. The speed of the three levels is excellent. I bought this after reading online reviews and it feels justified.”

“This was the second toothbrush I'd purchased as the button on the first had become almost impossible to operate. I purchased this second one as I like the size of the brush head and the ability to reach all areas. If this second brush fails I wouldn't purchase a third.”

“Really good! I found the fastest setting unbearably tickly initially but after a week or so I built up from the slower settings and now all good. Extra long charge and teeth look noticeably cleaner and whiter.”

Been meaning to write to you regarding my new electric toothbrush I purchased direcly from you.
Not too happy with it to be honest, it keeps cutting out after a couple of minutes, I am conscious of where I place my fingers so that I dont accidently press the button to change the settings but it seems to cut out constantly and stop brushing.
I have recently just gone away for two days and I placed the toothbursh in the plastic carry case to ensure the cleanliness and that the button wasnt set off accidently during my travel. However when I arrived that is seeminlgy what happened as the toothbrush battery was dead. Now having just bought it and charged it as per instuctions this is not a case of lack of charge so somehow in th carry case it has been switched on throughout the trip which is baffling.
I fully charged this on my return over night and have used it once today, and now it is re charging again and has been doing so for a number of hours, something doesnt seem quite right to me and for the cost hugely disappointing”

“I am now onto my second faulty toothbrush which will not charge. I am also being expected to post them back before a refund will be granted AND have had to provide video evidence they my plug sockets work. Poor manufacturing I think.”
