“Only been using my new spotlight electric toothbrush for a week, but it's a very different sensation to my previous Philips sonicare. The vibrations from the brush tickle much more which is a strange sensation which I'm not sure I like or am maybe not used to yet, and it is definitely not as firm as the Philips.”

This is because the sonic toothbrush uses technology that ensures the brush is reaching inaccessible areas of the mouth such as below the gum line. This can cause a sensation at the beginning but usually subsides within 2 weeks. We would recommend that you persist with use on a sensitive setting. We really appreciate your custom and support.

“I have been using the toothbrush for a few years, it is amazing, not only the cleaning action but the battery life is brill. I have recently invested in the whitening products and Spotlight kindly sent me a toothpaste FOC, well these products have totally changed the feel in my mouth my teeth are smooth after using the toothpaste, my gums feel great after the mouthwash, and when using the whitening powder, I have a sparkle that I haven't had for ages. By sending the toothpaste I think Spotlight are confident in their product, and it is great customer care. My new heads arrive promptly - got to say great Company. If these brushes and products were given to children from a young age we would definitely need less dental work - I look forward to using Spotlight forever.”
