“This is our first sonic toothbrush and whilst it takes a while to get used to it, I'm loving it now. The feel of the brush in action is very different from the old electric toothbrush but it is much gentler and teeth feel cleaner. Getting the head off and on is a little tough but now I know I'm not about to break it by pulling hard I'm fine with it. It also looks nicer than my old brush which I know makes no difference to whether it's any good but it matters to me. Delivery was quick and efficient and so far I've only charged it at the start whereas my old one would have been 4 or 5 charges by now. This was the main reason we chose it but I'm much happier than I ever expected and if all continues as its started I won't be changing back. Thank you”

“Thank you for reaching out and I'm afraid I'm currently rather disappointed. I last ordered the white toothbrush in summer 2022 (order no 133010UK)and wanted to replace it as over time there was less charge in the toothbrush upon charging so I felt it was time for a new replacement. I ordered a replacement for both my husband and myself. I charged both toothbrushes upon receipt but my charge lasts only for about 3 days and my husbands lasts only for about a week before needing to be recharged. I have added screenshots of both orders below. Both our new toothbrushes do not hold as much charge as our previous toothbrushes. My husbands charge lasts a little longer and I notice it takes longer to charge than mine too. I should point out that upon receipt of the new toothbrushes I recycled the packaging. I would appreciate your feedback advice and help as I am currently quite dissatisfied and feel like changing to a different brand. Many thanks Jo Elliott”

“Products are good. However thee on/off button on the sonicare toothbrush is very sensitive too touch and sometimes moves settings if accidently touched mid teeth brushing whicg is frustrating also the tootpaste tubes can be difficult to squuze out toothepaste as it comes to the end of the tube and makes the processd messy. So better toopthpaste tubes please.”

“I love my new spotlight toothbrush. I love you can choose the vigour of the brushing. I love the quiet mosquito hum in comparison to the horrible loud rattly sound of my old oral B, I love the small, oval toothbrush head that actually fits around my whole mouth including round the back of my back molars. “I got in touch with the company to place a return as the I ordered the wrong items. I realised I had ordered the wrong toothbrush heads before I received the items. I emailed and didn’t hear back for weeks, I emailed again and the same happened. I’ve had one response and have not been able to return the items. They are of no use to me. Really disappointed with the customer service.”
