“I never received my order. I emailed customer care asking where it was, I received a generic email saying the money was refunded without any reason why. The money has yet be refunded. No explanation or reply! (The items are not out of stock as I could reorder)”

Regarding your refund: Please note that while we process refunds instantly, banks can take 5 -7 business days to show the balance in your account.

“This is a replacement for a sonic toothbrush from another manufacturer which sadly lasted less than two years. Fingers crossed for this one. It seems to perform as well as my old one, even though the head is a little smaller. A longer warranty would have been nice but hopefully I will have no need for that. I had no sonic toothbrush for the best part of a month and certainly missed it. I expect to also try some of the supplies Spotlight provide.”

“I've had one myself now for a couple of years and have had no issues at all and think it's brilliant.
My ex wasn't impressed with the couple of cheap makes she'd tried, so i bought her the white Spotlight one. She loves it and wouldn't dream of anything else now. I'm not sure if i can buy the case for it seperately but she does need one. If you do buy this Sonic toothbrush, just make sure you get the case as well!
About to try the free whitening powder that came with it, not expecting too much but we'll see.”

When it comes to whitening, it’s worth noting that whitening is an active process and results can vary quite a bit from person to person. This depends on things like your starting tooth shade, enamel thickness, genetics, and lifestyle factors (such as tea, coffee, red wine, etc.).

“I do like this toothbrush although the vibration takes a while to get used to. There appears to be a issue which has me questioning whether to buy a third- the weighting of this toothbrush makes it easy to knock over- my first one I dropped in my tiled bathroom floor and it broke the main body and wouldn’t charge so I bought a new one, however yesterday my second one knocked over and the brush attachment snapped, I then struggled to remove the stubby bit left attached to the metal rod, I finally got it off, but must have damaged it, as the motor works but the vibration is now too weak to be of any use. So debating whether to bother buying a third as I’m sure it will fall over again and don’t know if I can bear shelling out for a new one each time this innevitably happens - maybe I’ll go back to my oral b one which was much more robust- and rarely fell over as the weight distribution seems better.”

“Wrong shipping lable put on my parcel never received. Ive reached out via phone call not one call was answered now going straight to no one available to take call. Ive WhatsApp message and getting no where with my order keep telling me it been delivered when I have been in contact with An Post they can see they have labeled product with wrong address and won't give me a refund or resend the product ive ordered before and no problem. Very bad costumer service.”

“We like the cleaning feel of our Spotlight toothbrushes, but we're somewhat disappointed by them. The main reason for this, and the main reason we invested in them, is the amount of time between charges. They claim "up to 288 minutes", but the best we've managed, using only the lowest power when cleaning, is 112 minutes. This isn't a disaster but it is disappointing. They also didn't supply the uncabled stand advertised, which they confusingly claim to be the "old model". After we took this up with them they did eventually send us one, although it's a different colour to the toothbrush.”
