“First time buyin a water flosser. Madness but im getting use to it. Great for keep teeth clean and removing build up. I got an offer on black friday and recieved a free teeth whitening professional kit. Have to say it the best ive have used ( ive used the USA teeth whitening kit) 100% better kit on the irish market. Hopefully i can buy this as a top up. Whitening blue light helps whiten teeth and red light for gum protection.”

“I am have been an avid fan of Spotlight Oral Care since 2021. Whilst not perfect, their products work
really well. However, despite this loyalty, I find their customer service really frustrating.
I ended up recently paying for a toothbrush £15 more with no freebies because I ordered it a day before their promotion. When I asked if I can cancel this order, I have been told to return it if not suitable. Bearing in mind that the return, although was accepted, they do not offer complimentary return which means I will be £6-10 out of pocket depending on how you look at sending this item back.
My request was simple, offer me the same promotion as I had in my cart at the time - screenshot was provided.
And yet, this was dismissed and no further contact.
I am very realistic with me expectation, I didn’t want more, I just want fair.
Considering the amount of products we have bought and people we have referred, I think the customer service is what lets this company down.”
