“I got my replacement water flosser heads for a good price. However, a couple of years after first purchasing my flosser, I was disappointed to see that you still don’t sell the standard head in a multipack, and that your customers are still complaining about this, as I did two years ago. Your customers are still having to purchase 4 heads, 3 of which they won't use. Come on Spotlight, listen to your customers!”

“The toothbrush and water flosser is amazing ..you can see a difference from the first go.my son has used your toothbrush for years and swears by it.He is in Australia so I send him out replacement heads but his toothbrush is still going strong for at least 5 years.But I baught him the brush and flosser set for Christmas.great set for a great price.Thanks”

“The toothbrush is light and slim to hold and cleans your teeth brilliantly. I like the 4 different modes so you can increase the power depending on how deep or gently you want the clean to be. The charging is much easier than constantly having to rely on razor points. A really good investment.”

“Sonic mechanism appears to work well but the brush head is so difficult to attach and remove. The same problem we had with our last toothbrush which suddenly gave up the ghost after a years use. Brush heads only realistically last for a month and are very expensive.”

“I find your customer service frustrating. Having reported a faulty toothbrush, it took many months for a replacement to eventually come through. I jumped through all the hoops - soaked the unit in water, took a video, responded straight away to an email (which you said you hadn't received and I had to send it to prove I had responded!). Not good.”
