“I got in touch with the company to place a return as the I ordered the wrong items. I realised I had ordered the wrong toothbrush heads before I received the items. I emailed and didn’t hear back for weeks, I emailed again and the same happened. I’ve had one response and have not been able to return the items. They are of no use to me. Really disappointed with the customer service.”

“I love this toothpaste. It's the only one that I truly feel makes a difference to the colour of my teeth which have always been dark (possibly due to my mum being prescribed tetracycline whilst pregnant with me). I'm currently trying the whitening strips for an upcoming special event. Well see how they goes. Brilliant, very prompt (next day) delivery too”
