And the best toothbrush I've ever had so far! I had a problem with the first Sonic Pro - Pure White Original toothbrush out of 5 because the on/off button was difficult to use. The company replaced my toothbrush with another one free of charge after a year of use without even asking me to send them the old one. After-sales service that is always attentive and helpful! “My toothbrush arrived quickly and it didn't take very long to fully charge.
It's different from my previous (eight year old) electric toothbrush in that it vibrates rather than the brushes rotating back and forth. It seems to clean really well - my teeth feel smoother than they have been since my last dental visit.
The different speed settings are easy to access; there's a warning light if I apply too much pressure; each clean is punctuated by a brief pause every 30 seconds to remind me to clean all quadrants of my mouth.
Highly recommended.”

“I don't normally include packaging in reviews but felt I had to mention it in this case. The toothbrush and all accessories came neatly packaged in cardboard boxes with minimal plastic. I think the only 2 thin plastic bags that were in the box may even be biodegradable. Such a pleasant change to hard plastic packaging that can't be recycled.
On to the toothbrush. It is really easy to use use and extemely effective. The clean funtion does tickle but is not unpleasant. I can safely say that just after 1 week's use there is a noticeable difference in the whiteness of my teeth and they really do feel clean, just like after a trip to the hygienist. The included travel case, with room for 2 brush heads, is very useful and compact. One comment I have read in some reviews is that it is too easy to accidentally touch the on/off button when brushing your teeth. To some extent this is true as I have done it myself a couple of times. However, like anything new, it just takes some getting used to. By holding the toothbrush a little further down the handle, I have not had any more issues. Perhaps a model update could inlcude soft indententations to guide the fingers to the best holding position?
Wrapping up, I am really pleased with this product and would thoroughly recommend it. It is also very well priced compared to other well known brands. Well done Spotlight.”

“Unfortunately my Spotlight toothbrush started to loose charge quickly and I was having to recharge every 2-3 days.
I explained this to Spotlight Oral Care and they replaced the toothbrush as it was within the 12 month period it was purchased.”

“When it works properly, it works very well but I had to replace the first one I bought which began charging erratically during the last year and then broke down completely mechanically when the little ring that clasps the spray jet simply broke. For that reason, I can only give it one star.”
