“I ordered six new heads and they arrived in a different colour. Looks weird on my toothbrush. The brush is white as is the last head but the new brushes are light blue.”

“Only been using my new spotlight electric toothbrush for a week, but it's a very different sensation to my previous Philips sonicare. The vibrations from the brush tickle much more which is a strange sensation which I'm not sure I like or am maybe not used to yet, and it is definitely not as firm as the Philips.”
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We do receive reports from customers that when they start using our sonic toothbrush it can feel tickly. This is because the sonic toothbrush uses technology that ensures the brush is reaching inaccessible areas of the mouth such as below the gum line. This can cause a sensation at the beginning but usually subsides within 2 weeks. We would recommend that you persist with use on a sensitive setting. We really appreciate your custom and support.
