“I bought new brush heads recently with the hope that the main battery component of the product would continue to work as it is supposed to. However, the toothbrush stopped working altogether, despite attempting to charge it numerous times.”

“The ace for these toothbrushes is their immensely long battery life. It is such a relief to have one where you constantly don't have to keep recharging. I would like a less slippery handle though - if it gets wet, which it does with me, it is hard to manoeuvre. I like their whitening mode which works very well and my only other gripe is that I find their toothbrush heads just a little too soft and they splay earlier than I would like. I wonder if anyone else has this problem? Would you consider a round head?”

“The toothbrush was a bit of a revelation compared to its competitors. It is much lighter and well constructed, the indicator lights are easy to see. My teeth feel much cleaner and the head gets into spaces easily particularly at the rear of the mouth. All round very pleased I took the chance to try something different from the two major competitors”

I had an issue almost 1year using this product but Suzanne was sooooo understanding and sorted my issue out ASAP.
