“Cleans well, but on/off switch is badly located and can switch off too readily during cleaning. Also replacing brush heads is very difficult, needs a lot of force to remove and replace.”

“I am finding the toothbrush a bit weird to be honest. I use it every morning, but have to do two two minute sessions for my teeth to actually feel clean. I also use my old Oral B in the evening as I don't feel secure that the strange vibrations are properly cleaning my teeth. Also the vibrations knock on my other teeth - I find it all very weird.
However I will persevere. I think I need more time!”

“Initially I found the vibration hard to bear on certain sections of my mouth, I found on the faster settings it somewhat helped. Having now used the toothbrush for a number of weeks I have become used to it and don't notice vibration at all. My teeth feel so clean and I have noticed I have to use interdental sticks less frequently. I think it was great value for money and I will be extra impressed if the battery lasts as long as claimed.”

“I love the enamel protecting toothpaste and my husband uses the whitening one but frustratingly the website now only allows me to buy my toothpaste if I buy a 3 pack which includes the gum protection toothpaste which tastes absolutely revolting. I hate wasting anything but can't stomach the gum one at all but have to buy it to get the toothpaste I use.”

“Really liked the packaging, it felt very premium. The toothbrush itself is nice to hold and use, though find the settings a little confusing. Feels like a good clean, but maybe not as clean as an isolating head comparison. One niggly thing is the stand for the toothbrush lifts up with the brush. Need to make the base heavier or include a suction cup underneath so it stays put. It's also a pain when charging as the toothbrush is top-heavy and when connected it topples over easily.”
