“I love the enamel protecting toothpaste and my husband uses the whitening one but frustratingly the website now only allows me to buy my toothpaste if I buy a 3 pack which includes the gum protection toothpaste which tastes absolutely revolting. I hate wasting anything but can't stomach the gum one at all but have to buy it to get the toothpaste I use.”

“Really liked the packaging, it felt very premium. The toothbrush itself is nice to hold and use, though find the settings a little confusing. Feels like a good clean, but maybe not as clean as an isolating head comparison. One niggly thing is the stand for the toothbrush lifts up with the brush. Need to make the base heavier or include a suction cup underneath so it stays put. It's also a pain when charging as the toothbrush is top-heavy and when connected it topples over easily.”

“The four speeds are very effective although the vibrating sensation takes a bit of getting used to. I don’t like the shape of the toothbrush head. It should be round and smaller to get into all the crevices between your teeth. I have stopped using it for this reason and gone back to my old electric toothbrush. If you ever create a round head toothbrush I would try it again .”

Our Sonic can take a little getting used to at first, this is completely normal! We would recommend starting off using the sensitive setting and then you can work your way up if you wish but you can continue to just use the sensitive setting if you find it works for you.
The oval shaped toothbrush head has been specially designed by our dentists to ensure that those little spaces between your teeth that can be hard to get to are reached and to ensure your gums are adequately cleaned. “I have had expensive Phillips sonic care products (over 3 times mores expensive), which I have had to repair myself! This does everything that the Phillips product does, but cheaper and better. The design is more ergonomic, the charger less cumbersome and head connection more flush and doesnt gather as much grunge! A great product I would recommend without hesitation. Dr Dave Quinn”

“Ordered two packs of the wrong toothbrush heads by accident.. who knew there was two types that look almost identical. Advise checking which toothbrush you have before ordering replacement heads”
