“The teeth whitening strips are really good but the water flosser is really poor. I canโt acted customer services the day after I received it, they replied asking for more info which I gave straight away and I am still yet to hear anything back a week later. I believe theyโve made a poor product that is not fit for purpose and customer service are now being deliberately awkward and intentionally not replying. For teeth whitening strips spotlight is fine but having been a user of water flossers for years (other brands), I can honestly say this is by far the worst I have ever used.”

“The products are great, can't fault them. But the fact that I'm a NI based customer who has to pay in Euro (and more expensive) is a disgrace. I was disappointed that all of the packaging was damaged and that my toothbrush heads did not come in a nice box like previously.”
