“Delivered as promised very promptly.
It’s taken me a while to get used to the vibrations in my mouth and generally only use the sensitive setting as I find it tickles too much or the vibrations from the brush body are uncomfortable if it touches your teeth. Maybe this is the same with all sonic toothbrushes. However the results are much better than my old Oral B oscillating brush and feels much much cleaner. I’m getting the hang now of avoiding the brush plastic touching my teeth so I’m happy to continue with it.
One thing I’d like is a travel case but this is not offered on the site for this model. I emailed a few days ago to ask but no reply yet?”
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a lovely review John. It can take a little getting used to when you first switch to a sonic toothbrush but we can assure you that the vibrations no longer feel sensitive after a couple of weeks. We no longer offer the travel case with this model.
“Very good toothbrush, I have one myself and bought it for my husband as he likes a smaller head on the brush. It is the new one with the base charger. It’s a pity there isn’t a small carry case for this like the sanitiser. Also the toothbrush case is a lot slimmer than its predecessor, it just needs slight more height to make it more solid packing the brush head inside.
I do love these toothbrushes and would buy again and for gifts.”

“I’m very pleased with my oral toothbrush streamline and easy to pack away in its case when travelling. Can be a little ticklish around gums but once used to it, does a good clean. Tongue brush good idea too. Happy with purchase and at a good price.”

“It's design and functionality is well thought-through, that clear even from the neat packaging. I'm so glad I didn't follow national consumer organisation test results. My girl has the Oral-B io6 and thought it was a step down from the old Oral-B and now wants this one as well.
If I may nitpick, the button is too sensitive causing accidental touches, that's a bit annoying but you'll get used to it.
The only thing slightly worried about is that the button is not covered. Overtime bacteria may build up in the tiny spacing between button and main unit. But Philips and Oral-B have that issue much more at the bottom, this is already much better designed.”

“I think it's going to be OK for me, though I hated it at first! I'm getting used to how tickly it feels (unbearable the first few times) and how much it makes me drool! However, I do think it's probably getting my teeth cleaner, and doing less damage to my mouth than a regular toothbrush - I'd been having a lot of mucocele and blood blisters, and that seems to have settled down.”

“My first sonic toothbrush was temperamental from the off not holding it's charge, then the on/off button stopped working. The brush was only 3 months old when I contacted customer services. After providing video proof Ornaith quickly sent me a replacement brush.
I have had the replacement brush a couple of weeks now and it runs so much better than the first which must have been faulty. I am very happy with this brush, it provides a thorough clean and holds it's charge for ages.

“Fantastic product with great service and speedy delivery. Having tried another water flosser a few years ago, I was put off the experience by the clunky delivery of water and the need to refill the flosser during operation. Fast forward to this year and I decided to give them another go. Doing the obligatory research, i came across Spotlight Oral care and am really pleased I did. Theflosser is easy to use with a large water tank and a choice of heads and settings. Having at first sprayed my bathroom walls with water on my first attempt, I soon found the head and setting that suited me and am flossing like a pro.”
“Water Flosser with UV Steriliser is a waste of money. It's been nearly a year I bought. To be honest I didn't use first month as I had my previous one from different brand working fine, as it was old and finally i thought I should use the new one. First time I used I thought I didn't charge it enough, I found it is slow, even with the . Later I realise no matter how many hours I charge the performance is not up to mark even with 120 IPS. Very dessapointing.
