“So far the toothbrush is great. The product experience is really good, lovely packaging, sleek design. I got the rose coloured brush and it's beautiful. Only disappointment is that the case for the extra toothbrush heads was missing. My partner bought a black toothbrush at the same time and he received one. It's a real shame because the case is very handy, tidy and hygienic for storage.”

“I am a big fan of the brushes and the toothpaste. Bought replacement toothbrush heads but they don't seem to fit quite as neatly as their predecessors - very slight gap between the body of the toothbrush and the head. Working as well as always though.”

“The toothpaste is excellent and I buy it for my wider family too and have done for ages , but it has become more difficult to select what I want from the website as it has broadened to include items I don’t want and not items such as sensitive teeth pen on its own , mouthwash is often unavailable with new emphasis on gift sets etc
Delivery to NI is confusing as I have more than once drafted an order on the wrong webpage (uk)and ended up at checkout not being to proceed to delivery”
