“Just ordered a second toothbrush for my wife, toothbrushes are very good, slim and lightweight but the chargers only last about 30-40 charges and then seem to pack in, this is the second charger that has packed up on roughly the same amount of charges, luckily I only charge my toothbrush once a month so therefore get about 3 years from a charger, pity the chargers don't last as well as the brushes. Will now use my wife's new charger for both brushes, so not the end of the world.”

“I love my pink water flosser. It’s easy to use and my teeth feel clean like never before. I also use toothbrush and toothpaste from Spotlight Oral care and I’m very happy. Delivery is always very fast. Only thing I say it would be helpful for users who never used water flosser before to describe which tip is which. Their names are on packaging but I didn’t know which one I should use for classic cleaning, thank you”

“Great toothbrush but outrageously expensive heads—why? They haven’t even got moving parts. They should cost half the price you are charging and then oral care would be even better because people would change their heads more often”

“I purchased Water Flosser Classic Jet Tips on 14 November 2025, only to discover they are incompatible with my Water Flosser with UV Steriliser. This is a significant issue as the tips do not fit the device I own.
I contacted your customer service team at info@spotlightoralcare.com on 20 November requesting guidance on the exchange process, but I have not received a response. Given the lack of communication, I am uncertain about the next steps: should I initiate a return, or will you proactively arrange a replacement with compatible tips?
I would appreciate prompt assistance in resolving this matter.”
