“Love the sonic toothbrush & the UV steriliser water flosser. However, I am disappointed to learn that replacement jet heads are only available in packs of 4 mixed heads as I only use the jet head. Had I bought the classic flosser, I would be able to buy a pack of jet heads only!”

“Very happy with purchase and speed of this sonic toothbrush. The heads are smaller than previous Phillips Sonic toothbrush. I like the 2 minute timer and divided into quadrants of 30 seconds to keep track of effective brushing and red light comes on to tell you when brushing too hard. I would recommend getting the sonic pro as I think the cheaper one would not be strong enough compared to my previous cheaper Phillips Sonic toothbrush”

“I bought the Sonic Pro and am very happy with it so far. I have never managed to nail down a brushing pattern and the "quadrant timer" function is definitely helping me to nail that. Pressure sensor is useful and I haven't yet had to recharge so all up, very happy. Only slight criticism would be that it's a bit too easy to accidentally hit the on/off/mode button mid-brush, but avoiding it will quickly become muscle memory, no doubt. I'm also unclear whether there is a way to keep it on your preferred setting (from the 4 available) or you have to cycle through each time you use it, but maybe I just need to read the instructions better.”

“This is my first electric toothbrush so I have no comparisons. I bought it after checking a lot of review sites looking at different features. I went for the Sonic Pro as it was sonic, had a pressure sensor, timer, good batterylife, and USB charging, plus a travel case. I am pleased so far though the vibration takes a bit of getting used to. It is quite an elegant design: easy to hold, lightweight, with a small magnetic charging pad connecting to a USB-C cable (no charger included, but I have plenty of them), and feels well built. The charging and mode lights were easy to understand and the one btton control was simple and firm to use. I hope it continues to work ok and I get better at using it. My only suggestion for improvement would be on the travel case. I think that with a bit of imaginative design it could hold the toothbrush body, 1 head, charging pad and cable rather than the body and 2 heads (but maybe the battery lasts long enough so you do not need to take the charger - I'll wait and check). So far so good.”

“I had been very disappointed with the last pack of tootbrushes I bought for my Spotlight electirc toothbrush as 2 out of 3 split at the head within a month of using them. I had a gap and started using a normal (non sonic) electric toothbrush but have found it feels too hard on my teeth and gums so I've gone back to my Spotlight sonic toothbrush. I am really hoping the new set of toothbrush attachment heads I have just purchased don't split again as they are expensive. Fingers crossed!”
