“I’ve been using my new Sonic Electric Toothbrush from Spotlight Oral Care and I’m truly happy with it. It cleans perfectly, feels comfortable, and is beautifully designed. Customer service is exceptional — when replacing my old brush, they were kind, responsive, and even refunded my shipping fee as a goodwill gesture. The only small thing I missed compared to my previous model is the plastic travel case, which was very practical. It would be great if it could be included again in the future. “I bought my initial supplies a couple of years ago. The product has been reliable and the toothpaste has certainly whitened my teeth from where they were. The toothpaste is quite expensive so I just use it once a day and then use a standard toothpaste on in the morning. The service for replacement heads and toothpaste has been fine.”

“These products didn't do much for me. My teeth are no whiter. I bought a lot of products - the strips, the gel, the powders, the toothpastes... I've used them all. But no change in my teeth colour. My teeth do however feel very clean after using them.”

“The product is fine, but the delivery wasn't. Amazon is not satisfactory. I was told the day before that my package was due for delivery, and tracked it. No information was available that wasn't emailed to me anyway. On the due day, a message arrived at 11.32 saying it would be delivered between 14.30 and 17.30. Not knowing till that late in the morning is in itself unsatisfactory, but the package did not actually arrive until 20.03. Other delivery companies, even Royal Mail, do better than that.”
