They send me a brand new one in 2 days and kindly asked to send the faulty one back (even offered to pay shipping duties) to investigate the issue for further improvement. Great service 10/10.”

“Firstly I am yet to receive my order so can't possibly comment on the quality of the product. Secondly the company has been abysmal in terms of updating me on the status and progress of the order and I'd likely receive it. The only update I received was yesterday and not from the company itself but from the transport company. Not good enough!”
