“When my water flosser wouldn't charge anymore , despite being out of warranty, they gave me full credit for the cost which I was able to use towards the new version. Despite saying it would take 5 to 10 days to arrive it came just 2 days later. I think that is excellent customer-focused service. As for the new water flosser, it's easier to use than the earlier version and the larger water tank means it lasts longer.”

“Had it for a short time but already love it! Speed options are great and pressure is just perfect. I love the timing gap every 30 seconds and that it turns off after 2 minutes. Purple also looks great!”

Wasn't impressed with their 'dodgy' discount offers to entice you to buy items only to find they're not included in the offer. Misleading and annoying.
The replacement heads are very overpriced for what they are. Surely it would be better to reduce the price to allow people to purchase them more frequently. I'm very much using them to within an inch of their lives at the moment so as not to spend too much!!”
