“My order arrived promptly, but it came via Amazon, and arrived in Amazon packaging, which was confusing as I'd ordered it directly on the Spotlight website.
Thus I deleted all the Amazon emails without opening them, thinking they were phishing emails, because I hadn't ordered anything from Amazon.
Together with the extortionate price for toothbrush heads, I am deducting 2 stars overall.”

“Really like this toothbrush. Better at cleaning than its rivals in my opinion. Just received bargain pack of brush heads which I assume will be like previous ones. Just one criticism: vary difficult to get old heads off the toothbrush. Took a lot of strength. I know others think so too so this needs looking at. Apart from that , I would recommend. Otherwise would give 5 stars.”

“My only issue is the head doesn’t oscillate and when the back of the brush hits my teeth it can be quite jarring/ painful.
Otherwise my teeth feel super clean and shiny after using this toothbrush.”

“Love the fact that you can "sterilise" the water etc and plenty of attachments. Found even the first level was fairly strong but bearable. My only quibble really was I thought the water bowl was very flimsy- seemed like cheap light plastic and not easy to fit to the unit. Had to jiggle it about to screw it on. On the whole though quite pleased with it.”

“So I bought this toothbrush as it was reviewed the top toothbrush. After just been to the dentist and having a good clean up I was eager to start my journey with my new brush. When I first used it, I found it very 4 it tickled certain areas. The vibration is very powerful and left me feeling like I had a very clean mouth. I will warn you that it is very powerful and if your not used to using an electric toothbrush you may want to be careful and gentle to start with. I was a little over enthusiastic when I first started and managed to give myself ulcers. This I feel was user error though not the toothbrushes fault. I like the 3 settings and recommend using sensitive until you get used to it.
The button is sensitive which I like, you just have to mind you don't turn it off. It beeps after 30 seconds so you know you need to move to the next section. It came fully charged and so far, i have not charged it up, and it's been 2 weeks brushing twice a day. I would recommend it. I have only not given it 5 stars as I want to see what my dentist says about my teeth and if it is working as well as I think it is.”
