“I have no problem with your sonic brushes. However am a very disappointed , I spent over e200 and only got a pack of bamboo brushes as a free gift.it states on your site that any purchase over E60 gets a free gift so I would have been better off buying seperately.”

“I am yet to receive my order. Yodel placed this in a bin even though I was inside. They didn’t even call to let me know. By the time I read the email the package had vanished. No update on whether the item will be reordered or if I’ll receive my money back. Also there now appears to be a larger discount than the original offer I saw… I should simply walk away now rather than get more irritated.”

“I love this electric toothbrush. The beep every 30seconds is a great reminder to change position. I also like the 3 different settings.
It's also good having the travel case.
The only thing I don't like is trying to get the head off the main part of the toothbrush. I would have given 5 stars if the above was easier.”

Just a little tip for you: To remove the brush head off your Sonic Toothbrush you need to hold the head and pull straight up with a little strength as the head is fitted tight to stop it moving while vibrating. You do not need to twist the toothbrush head to remove it, it should come off by pulling straight up. Any help you do need however, please don't hesitate to call or message us any time! 😊
