“Order arrived much sooner than expected, I was a bit shocked when they said 7-10 business days! However it just took probably 1 or 2 business days, it was very fast.
The toothbrush itself is very sleek. It feels nice to hold and I like the shape of the toothbrush head itself, it feels nice in the mouth, nice and narrow to get in all the nooks and crannies.
The four settings are all lovely, none feel overwhelming so all 4 settings are very accessible, they seem like big numbers but it doesn't feel scarily strong.
I like the tongue cleaner on the back, I have noticed it has yellowed quite quickly, I might be going crazy but I'm sure it was white when I got it and I noticed after about 2-3 uses it was yellow, correct me if I'm wrong though. It doesn't affect use at all, just something I had noticed.
Also, the toothbrush was packaged so beautifully, I can see a lot of thought went into the packaging.it was was a wonderful touch, like unboxing a present! When I opened it initially, I put the lid back on and waited for my husband so we could open it together haha, even he was impressed with the packaging!
Wonderful toothbrush and comes with two spare heads and a travel box. Usually I take a manual toothbrush on holiday to save space but the box is calling me to use it!”
“I may be using it wrong but I see no benefit to it. The water goes everywhere. I am very disappointed with it. I’m not trying to be critical but I said I would be honest when the review request came.”

“The toothbrush is as described on the website and there is much about it I like, in particular its light weight and compactness which will be good when travelling. It is taking me some time to get used to though after years of using a heavier product with round brush heads so I don't feel that I am getting as thorough a clean as I would want. I will persevere in the hope that I don't feel a need to go back to my old round headed model”

Thank you as I said your toothbrushes are really very good that's why I ordered them on Reflection I find that they are rather large from my mouth as I have a very small mouth and did send the email to Suzanne about this matter and asked if I would have been better off with the children's toothbrushes but so far no reply I would greatly appreciate any information on this matter from yourselves

“I order 1No Pro and 2 No. Sonic, however the charger for the Pro is faulty. Customer service over phone is very lacking. I called several times, however it went unanswered and i left a voicemail as per the message and left request for a call back. received no such call. Filled in the online form and have still not received a response. i have also sent an email with order details, however that was recently and just before the weekend. I'm without battery on the pro charger, so can only review that it seems good, however don't think the price justifies it. yet to see.
Also, tried to order a spare charger to then deal with issue later on, however out of stock, so there doesn't seem to be any forward planning.
I also think the shipping times are excessive.
