“The toothbrush is as described on the website and there is much about it I like, in particular its light weight and compactness which will be good when travelling. It is taking me some time to get used to though after years of using a heavier product with round brush heads so I don't feel that I am getting as thorough a clean as I would want. I will persevere in the hope that I don't feel a need to go back to my old round headed model”

Thank you as I said your toothbrushes are really very good that's why I ordered them on Reflection I find that they are rather large from my mouth as I have a very small mouth and did send the email to Suzanne about this matter and asked if I would have been better off with the children's toothbrushes but so far no reply I would greatly appreciate any information on this matter from yourselves

“The red light activates at a ridiculously low pressure, to the extent that I feel it's broken or faulty. I don't really like the head of the brush tbh, and prefer round heads.”

“I order 1No Pro and 2 No. Sonic, however the charger for the Pro is faulty. Customer service over phone is very lacking. I called several times, however it went unanswered and i left a voicemail as per the message and left request for a call back. received no such call. Filled in the online form and have still not received a response. i have also sent an email with order details, however that was recently and just before the weekend. I'm without battery on the pro charger, so can only review that it seems good, however don't think the price justifies it. yet to see.
Also, tried to order a spare charger to then deal with issue later on, however out of stock, so there doesn't seem to be any forward planning.
I also think the shipping times are excessive.

Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear that you did not achieve your desired whitening results from using our teeth whitening strips. It can take longer for some people to see results and using more whitening strips in conjunction with the course you just completed is perfectly safe. The active ingredient hydrogen peroxide used in the whitening strips is clinically proven to whiten teeth and used in conjunction with the whitening toothpaste should optimize results.
“This is my second sonic toothbrush bought from Spotlight oral Care. The main difference is that this “new” version is supplied with a charging cable only and no plug. A shame that you’re not actually getting a full ready to use kit, unless you already own a spare usb connector plug of your own. A bit mean given the price, which is further pushed up if you have to go and buy a plug!! Also, I read on one of your incoming emails about how to use it that there’s a built in timer on the brush? I don’t have one on mine. Overall, I still really like the build and feel of the brush in use. and This was the reason I bought a second one. Just a bit disappointing that profit has become the goal by leaving out essential pieces of equipment to use it 😫You should definitely address this for other buyers.”
