“I have just bought more toothbrush heads for my wonderful oral care toothbrush . The toothbrush is fabulous unfortunately I find the heads less so. The bristles , in my opinion are too soft and splay very easily plus they are very slippy and often slip off the teeth hitting other teeth. I don't know If anyone else has this experience but I go through toothbrush heads incredibly quickly consequently, and they are not particularly cheap if you go through them as often as I do. I know I don't brush my teeth too hard because I also use another toothbrush from time to time which lights up if you brush too hard and it never lights up.”

“So far so good delivered promptly fab packaging like getting an iPhone, easy to follow instructions, sonic pro is already improving look and feel of teeth, streamline design, less noisy, also bought UV box (use for adult) and pen whitener which is showing some improvements to coffee stained teeth. “I have now used the Sonic Toothbrush and the water flosser for 1 year. My thoughts are,
Toothbrush:
Battery life is great.
Power is great.
Feels well made and not too plasticky.
Button sticks out and very easy to turn brush off accidentally. A lot.
Heads feel mediocre quality.
Replacement heads are too expensive - £25 for 3 inc postage. Especially as they aren’t very special.
Water flosser:
Very powerful.
Good battery.
UV claim feels like it might be overstated. It’s just a blue led.
Button combo to start is fidly.
Rubber power port falls off easily.
Mine broke after 8 months but was replaced hassle free.
Customer service is good and they are quick to help.
By no means a bad system - probably could do just as well with any cheap Chinese brand from Amazon - tbh this is probably just a branded one of those. But at least customer service is good if it breaks. I wish the heads were better or cheaper.”
